Sounds familiar MayI ask what the outcome was?
After a second surgery, I have a new scar area that was neglected and questioned by my pcp. Still an unpleasant outcome and learned that alot of errors were made during my 2nd procedure. I can't confidently wear fitted clothing. It was not offered to fix these issues. I have since scheduled to get fixed elsewhere and seeking legal council.

Yeah, sounds real familiar I paid for an extended tummy tuck. I didn’t get an extended tummy tuck. He left me with dog ears and loose skin on my stomach agreed at my six month appointment in August that he needs to fix it but no one would schedule me surgery for ! And as of mid September he’s out of the office for “a family emergency” supposed return was January now pushback to March 2024
Still doing consultation and speaking with someone today. I will give an update once I confirm, I also ket them know there are others.
