3 days post op and first shower , little bruising lots of swelling in stomach feeling good and very happy so far with my results . Waiting for my garments to dry been eating protein shakes and fruit . Had some nausea yesterday and it’s really hard to sleep

For sleep use a pregnancy pillow or body pillow and hug it between your legs. It really helps with sleeping.

When were you able to lay on back I. Going crazy cannot sleep at all it’s so painful for my neck I’ve tried your suggestions and still ughh I might buy a bed

I haven't laid on my back yet. Laying/sleeping on your stomach really takes a lot out of your body and esp neck. It was hard at first for me but I got used to it. I did lay on my sofa and used my ottoman to support my thighs leaving space in between sofa and ottoman for my butt hang that did help.

Buy a gravity chair and cut an opening for butt, your able to recline and sleep :-)

My first weeek down ugh it is so uncomfortable, loving my results hoping nothing shrinks !! In person honestly looks better and bigger ! So far sleeping is getting easier on my stomach but I am so bored not being able to do anything but lay down or walk around lol ! Eating lots of protein and veges to feed my fat

I am in my second week post op, it’s so boring here lol. But you look sooooo good!!! He gave us both some hips lol.
