3 weeks post-op Brazilian butt lift & my body is shaping up so nicely

I had one of the very best surgical experience. A friend referred me to Dr. Gokhan and the process was extremely seamless from the moment I decided I’ll go for it. Demet, the hospital coordinator made it so easy and I can’t thank her enough. I couldn’t have done it if she didn’t keep motivating, encouraging, reassuring and promptly answering any kind of questions I had relating to the surgery. Being my first ever surgery and the risks I’ve been reading online that comes with plastic surgery and especially bbl, I was nervous and kept telling Demet how skeptical I was even though I had already made the decision. She assured me that I’ll be fine as the entire medical team is very professional and being run by the best doctor who is highly experienced of which I can verify now. My visa took longer than we expected but the clinic was flexible and Demet was very helpful in fixing the next available dates. My travel to turkey was smooth, the driver was right on time on the day of arrival. On my first hospital appointment, we met Nurdan who is also a patient coordinator. Nurdan was really lovely and helpful with whatever we needed and hastily responded to any kind of assistance I needed .She picked us from the hotel to the clinic together with the driver on the day of after arrival where I had my first consultation meeting with Dr.Gokhan. Dr.Gokhan is one of the best doctors i have ever met truly, very professional, helpful, sincere and genuinely kind. Our first meeting went well, I had fear and anxiety but after the meeting and explanations he did I felt much at ease and more confident.
I did all blood tests before the procedure just to be sure I’m perfectly fit. I was admitted to the hospital the day of surgery, which is one of the best in Turkey, modern and super clean.The team of nurses and assistant doctors were nothing short of amazing. Due to my high levels of anxiety I was given a syrup which helped me calm down before being taken to theatre. Dr Gokhan and his team of assistant doctors and nurses were really kind, attentive, friendly and ready to answer any question I had which made me feel much more relaxed at the theatre .They treated me so well and made me comfortable.

The surgery was a success, honestly so much better than my expectations. I only felt pain immediately I woke up which is quite normal and after that I was on painkillers which really helped with pain management. The nurse on shift that night was heaven sent. He took really good care of me, was seconds away when we needed help and made sure I did walk several steps in the room, even when I was felt dizzy, he was patient and kind. The room was extra spacious, with an extra bed, as I had traveled with my sibling, we both comfortably shared the ward, not forgetting how clean it was. They served both of us food. I was discharged the next evening feeling so much better and with little to no pain. Dr.Gokan’s nurse with Demet and Nurdan came to my hotel the next day to check on the drains and if all was well and to make sure I didn’t have any complications. Demet and Nurdan were really helpful and just a call away with whatever help I needed. My Drains were removed on the 3rd day by Dr. Gokhan, he did a checkup and all was okay. I went for my first lymphatic massage on the 4th day which went well and I didn’t experience pain as the nurse was professional plus friendly and super kind. I thought the massage would be painful but it wasn’t. The last day before traveling I went for checkup and I was put on the best vitam C drip that the doctor recommended which has been crucial for my recovery and healing journey.

I would write a book about my experience since I never thought surgery would end up being so much easy with all the fear I had in me. Dr. Gokhan and his team especially Demet and Nurdan are the best ever. I was miles away from home yet so comfortable and every-time I’d go to the clinic I felt as if I was right at home. I was sad the day of traveling as I knew I’d miss my other family. I’m three weeks post op and my body is shaping up so nicely, the healing journey is amazing! I’m so happy I chose Dr.Gokhan, his hands are honestly more than blessed. Demet has been following up since I traveled back home and not a single day has passed without her checking in to make sure I’m alright. She’s one of the sweetest, kind hearted person I’ve ever met yet very professional and humble. Of course God first but I sincerely thank Dr Gokhan and the entire team from the bottom of my heart for taking very good care of me before surgery, during and even after the procedure. I’m super selective and couldn’t be happier to have met a team that met my standards and even surpassed it. Surgery is one thing that everyone has to do thorough research on the doctor and be super careful on where they chose to go. I’m so grateful to God and the friend who referred me to Dr. Gokan. If I’m to do surgery again which after my first experience I can now consider , I would definitely chose them over and over again.
