I started this post after a conversation I had with Dr. Ghurani and a few other Surgery sisters I met the week of March 1st 2017. I bonded with these girls so much that Dr. Ghurani suggested we start a sisterhood and after careful thought I realized what a awesome idea. My post on realself and Instagram and YouTube will be off of my personal journey as well as a few of the ladies I've met personally during my journey. With that being said ladies please do your research in all areas. No stone should go unturned. Every piece to this journey requires extensive research from your doctor, recovery house, supplies and post op care. Making a traveling buddy friend is not enough and discussing must haves with people who are profiting off of your surgery may not be the best plan.
My tips of the week- wish pics are just that a wish. Unless you already have a pretty good frame you will not go from Sponge bob square pants to Bernice Burgos. No doctor will acheive this without putting your life at grave risk. These ladies go through a transformation process. Remember that!
Know your doctors strengths and weaknesses- of your focus is a ass go to a doctor that specializes in ass. Of your focus is his hips choose your doctor wisely. Each surgeon from Ghurani, Fisher, Hasan, Dr. Miami etc specialize in different areas and different butts.
Research your recovery house- a recovery house in vital but most are NOT BOARD CERTIFIED. What does that mean to you. Your ass maybe trapped in a room for your entire visit because they are sneaking you in the house. They run the chance of being raided and your ass will be stuck. (Yes this happens I saw this myself ????)
Plan to spin money on your visit - there are a lot of hidden fees and things you will need and may not know you will need until post op. Do not bank on your income tax money have some extra cash in your pocket or you will be a sad sad person.
Lastly you get what you pay for. Enough said with this. If you pay for that good ole $3500 special know your getting a $3500 special ass and you will be back for round 2.

Great tips....I read your comment about the raids! Thank you for that info. I was going to use Miami Escape... Where did you end up staying to recover?

which doctor specializes in Hips of the ones you mentioned? more specifically Ghurani or Fisher?

what are the differences between ghurani fisher hassan and dr Miami ? do they specifically specialize in different butts and what are the differences. Or do they specialize in different body parts?
