6 month BBL update

Wow! Time is flying. I remember waking up after surgery and thinking why did I do this? But here we are a week shy from 6 Months and I wanted to quickly update everyone. I know most forget about writing quick update but I think it’s important while others are researching and waiting for their results. I feel great! Despite that quarantine maybe made me gain a few pounds, I am still satisfied with my results. I had nothing!! I feel 100% percent myself. I am working out, taking long walks and eating as healthy as I can. Still plenty of avocados and protein. I will start my weight training as soon as it’s safe to go back to the gym. Ladies, trust the process as your body takes up to one year to heal. Yes, the fluff fairy will come and yes, your butt will get softer. Make sure you wear your faja as long as you can. It helps shape your body. I am wearing a waist trainer these days. I stopped wearing my faja at about 4 months and started sleeping in a waist trainer when I remember. I still sometimes find it abnormal to sit for long periods of times. And don’t buy new jeans until at least 3 months out. My waist went from like a 28 to a 26 in 2 months. I am currently at 140 pounds 5’4 and when I went in for surgery I was 138. I used to be small and petite at 125 before I decided I wanted surgery but had to gain at least 15 pounds (I gained 13 pounds for surgery) I love Dr. Dowbak I still will recommend her. Please feel free to ask any questions as I am here to help. And good luck on everyone journey.

Three Months Post-op

Wow! Time flew by. I feel myself again. I can sit down (feels weird to sit) so I still sleep on my stomach and slowly getting used to sitting. The swelling how gone down. I am still wearing my faja. But only to sleep. During the day I wear a waist trainer. I am still very happy with my results. My jeans, dresses and clothes fit amazing! This quarantine surely ruined my gym plan. So I have been doing light workout. I am trying to stay away from cardio as I am scared I will lost the fat I eat pretty healthy. Definitely good fats. Protein and lots of avocados. I am so happy the I picked Dr. Dowbak! She truly is a magician.
