I forgot to add the I was never able to get a post opt appointment, the only other time the doctor saw me was to do an emergency drain removal , I still have scar tissue on that side from whatever happened there. The other reason I did not give them three stars instead of two was of how scared I was the day of(New York location) they were behind schedule and I waited hours past my appointment alone and terrified and when I asked to talk to the doctor before I went in to tell him I did not want a “shelf” the nurse hurried me in and was very forceful and did not calm my nerves even when I was praying on the table. Before I went down I asked to just come back to my family and I felt very alone.

I am currently over 4 months post opp and feel I can give a more accurate review. The lipo did give me a better shape but I have burns on both my sides which are not from the faja. I didn’t wear the faja until I got the ok but dr. D. I have very light skin and I’m afraid because they haven’t faded at all. The incisions for the bbl are still very pink as well and it’s embarrassing trying to explain the pink scars under my butt in a bikini. I had 1100 cc in each cheek/ hip but very very little survived and I have a cellulite looking affect now. By butt is slightly bigger and my proportion a bitch better but the scars and the ripples on my butt and thighs and my burns on my side are very disheartening. Once all the swelling is gone you can really see what you are left with. Unfortunately if I had to do it again I would not use doctor d. Even though I like that he is very educated on safety. It matters what you end up with.
