Surgery complete 8 dats post op! Still very swollen and achy in the back , sides , and stomach. I have notice the swelling has me up about 15 pounds post operative. Anyone notice that? Stomach is really swollen hoping with time my stomach goes flat I’m aware of the loose skin but just waiting on the totally flat stomach. Hopefully after swelling and compression I will get there. Any tips would be helpful.

I’m all cleared for surgery and paid in full.. I had to purchase the cell saver and at this point I think he is making everyone purchase it. This was a hard process my surgical coordinator and scheduler took so long to respond to emails and text. It is very frustrating when planning a surgery and trip out of town, but the worst is over now I am just focused on getting my surgery done. So for this week I’m eating as clean as possible trying to maintain or hopefully drop a couple pounds before surgery. I think my main concern is my stomach I really want it flat. I know it’s only lipo but I want to be as close to flat as I can. That’s been my biggest motivation to lose weight.

So I was told by the surgery coordinator I need to be at aleast a 12 or at 11 and get a cell booster for $500 or my surgery will be canceled .. I suffer from low iron should I just take my supplements and have them redone or just wait until surgery to find out what I have to do? I also just received my surgery packet 3 weeks post op. Come on new life please don’t irritate me .. I work in healthcare I’m a little harder than most on doctors offices but right is just right. Send me the info I need just like I sent you the cash ..

take Hema-Plex, floradix, folic Acid, vitamin c and High strength b12 3 times a day on an empty stomach and avoid dairy product and coffee. it should help

Take the liquid Floridix and Vitmin C my Hemo was at 10.5 and it brung it up to 13.5 in a month

I accidentally ordered hemaplex chewbales I've been taking them 2-3 times daily for almost a month now along with other vitamins, do you think being that they are chewables they'll be less affective? (sorry for any typos I'm at work trying not to get caught on my phone lol)

Hey doll, let me tell you, New life is something else do you know how many times i call texted my coordinator? what funny to me is how she replied when i told her i had my payment but she gave me a hard time sending me my packet, I had to literally beg the lady that picked up when i called, my surgery is April 2, and she waited ntil March 23 to send me my packet info, this is rediculous! they think they slick if they dont send you yoUr packet you will end up paying them to do ALL YOUR LABS, i gave enough money as is. All i coUld tell you is be persistent!! i will also get copies from my doctor of all my paperwork just incase they say they didnt get it!

Yassss. I’ll be bringing every lab copy, and my bank statement to show every payment I’ve made. Once my bbl is done I highly plan on telling them about themselves. There’s no reason for them being so unorganized and unobtainable. My coordinator Yipsys has only spoken to me on the phone once when she got that $500 payment..lol and the other lady Yuli who helps her is very unobtainable so we go days without emailing very frustrating especially when your preparing to have major surgery...you definitely have to be persistent!!!!

oh really? Good luck to you as well, I will be posting before and after pics, I'm praying for a speedy recovery, I go back to work 7 days after my surgery. I will be cooking all my meals before hand just incase, I'm a Haitian descendant so I will be cooking making this soup call bouillon with all the vegetables and meat I need to recover, I'm so ready for a new big booty lol my husband cant contain himself, from the day I told him I was having surgery he's been looking in on all the wish pics for me smfh unfortunately he has to stay back to take care of our 2 other children I will be traveling with my daughter and her best friend, It pays to have kids early

Take liquid Floridex, 3xs a day vitamin c tablets 3x a day, floric acid 3xs a day, and Hemo-Plex Iron softgels 3xs a day. This is what Newlife suggest to the surgery patients. And this will bring your blood up to part. I had to do this same thing. I just had surgery with Dr.Dowbak 5 weeks ago. Love my results!!!
