Spent my entire life savings to be disappointed and disrespected

Been debating on posting this review, but I'm finally fed up. Dr. Dass gave me not okay results and does not care. He got my money and threw me out the door.
I had my surgery in may 2021, traveled from Idaho. I searched years for a surgeon to do my bbl and finally came across Dass.
I was told I wouldn't need a tummy tuck, so I got 360 lipo, fat transfer to butt and hips, as well as a breast lift with implants. I paid an extra 3,000 for laser tightening which was recommended to me to tighten the skin since I've had a child.
I immediately was happy with my body, until the swelling started to go down. I then saw how disfigured my body was, especially my stomach. My stomach was extremely lumpy and uneven. I was would this would go down over time and start to smooth out.
I'll be one year post op next month and my body is terrible. He should not be proud of this work. My stomach is still extremely uneven, I have a fat pad on my lower back, and my ass has almost no fat. I have also noticed he did not shape my back properly. I look unnatural, and not in the "she got plastic surgery" kind of way. More of a "why tf does her body look like that"
I had a post op consultation with Dr. Dass and he laughed and gas lit me. He told me it's my fault because I'm "at my heaviest weight now" which is UN TRUE, I am about 20 lbs down from surgery which I know has something to do with fat loss. He also laughed when he told me he removed more fat than he should have, laughing and saying "I mean that is a lot of fat."
He then proceeded to quote me an extra 17,500 for a tummy tuck and fat transfer, saying that i will need to lose weight before coming in (I'm at a healthy 150, mind you a lot of that is in my breasts now) and said he removed all of the fat from my stomach and back (also untrue as you'll see in pictures) so he would have to lipo from my arms and inner thighs and we will still barely get fat to transfer.
I paid him $30,500. And he has NO concern for how my body looks! I should NOT be more insecure after $30,000 surgery than before!
I was told that Dass only accepts about 50% of clients, ones he can promise a good outcome.
I am embarrassed, ashamed and disgusted with how this has come out and how unprofessionally Dass is handling this. He should NOT be proud of this work.
I feel that he is taking advantage of traveling clients, if I lived in LA and had voice in his community then he would make this right, or it wouldn't have ended up like this in the first place.
Do NOT recommend Dr. Dass to anyone unless you want to spend your entire life savings to be disappointed and disrespected.
