4 months post op update

Just wanted to give a quick update on the progress of my final results. I started sitting/ and sleeping on my back as soon as Dr Dass said it was ok at 6 weeks post op. I have not lost any fat or volume since then and I am now 4 months post op. I have remained at a steady 39 inches around the hips, which I am so happy about because I think my size and shape are just right. Not tooo much but also not too unnoticeable. As for my waist, i have also seen it continue to improve and has gotten smaller since my last update, I believe it has gone down at least 1 more inch. I have begun working out and can see that it definitely helps enhancing the surgery results. I am very pleased still with my results and even more pleased with my decision choosing Dr Dass.

You look great! I'm 7 weeks po today and still retaining some swelling. My doc in Miami advised me to only wear my faja for 12hrs and can sit for 1 hr w/out a pillow. At 4 mo put are you still wearing a faja with ab and lipo boards? Or are you wearing a waist cincher...what helped you cinch your waist? Lastly, what is your exercise routine and are you eating healthy in order to maintain your results? Any insight that you can provide into this bbl journey is greatly appreciated. Thanks doll and I wish you continued healing. Thanks for sharing your journey.

Hi there! I stopped wearing my faja, foam and boards at 7-8 weeks post op. I have not worn any of that since then as my doctor said it was no longer needed. I have had a few massages which I think helped swelling in the waist go down. I have not been eating too healthy but trying to watch what I eat and just started exercising recently with very light cardio and mostly weights. I have noticed my butt grows bigger if I gain a couple pounds and when I am losing pounds the butt gets a bit smaller. So maintaining your weight is definitely the most important part, if you want it to look fuller you can pack on a couple pounds.. if you want it to go down a bit, dropping some pounds does the trick.

Yeah, unfortunately if you gain weight you also gain it in your tummy..ugh. Does your butt feel weird when you walk? I'm not used to having a big/full butt and when I walk it bounces and it kind of hurts.I am hoping that this weird feeling will eventually subside. Again are you wearing any type of shape wear or waist trainer especially when you are working out?
