I’ve wanted to get a BBL since 2016 and I can’t believe it is finally less than 40 days to my surgery date.

Why I’m getting surgery:
I workout regularly and lift a lot of weights. After two years of glute targeting workouts and eating soooo much protein and dieting to lose fat and gain muscle, I saw no results and decided to consult with a plastic surgeon in Chicago (not the one I chose for my surgery). The thing that made me finally decide to pay for the surgery was the consultation I had. The doctor basically said that no matter how much I exercised it wouldn’t round my glutes out because I have good muscle definition and strength but the fat necrosis and scar tissue will always create that weird dents and imbalance. My muscles were growing but the fat wasn’t properly distributed so it would always look uneven.

How my glutes got here:
Long story short, I have had these dents and scars on my glutes since I was 18, I'm 28 now. They were a result of getting quinine injections in my glutes to treat malaria. The one on the left got infected and burst outward (yes it hurt and I couldn’t sit properly for weeks) while one the right it’s just a dent but it also hurts when massaged with deep pressure. When I press on the left scar area it feels like there's something hard and vertical in there (scar tissue - I had a consultation and doctor said that’s what it is) and it needs to be removed and detached from my muscle then the area filled with fat. I am really looking forward to finally having my booty back and some more with a better waist. I decided to gain weight for the surgery because I figured I’d need more fat since my case wasn’t “normal” and I was starting at a deficit.

Here are my before photos and some wish pics. I need the gworls to be SITTING SITTING and that waist to give snatched!!!

I chose Dr. Sisto of Mia Aesthetics Chicago.

I’m so excited. 30 days to go and I went to the gym today. I’m doing my best to lose about 10lbs so I can be my ideal weight of 185lbs, last time I measured myself I was 194.6 ish.

Also spent some time creating AI images of what I want my waist to look like. My goal is to have a 28inch waist and about 46-48 inch hips.

My current measurements:
Hips: 45 inches
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 194 lbs
Waist: 34.5 inches
Bust: 40 inches

Cleared For Surgery?!

I got cleared for surgery today....YAY!!!!! I got the email and a phone call, the concierge department lady went over everything I'd need to prep and get ready etc. 28 days to D-day and I am so excited. I am working on post op care list. I found a massage therapist who is close to me so I don't have to drive an hour to Chicago to get it done. Found some more beautiful inspiration photos to show my doctor on pre-op day. I've been consuming Youtube videos and TikToks of other people who have had theirs done this year and it gives me comfort and eases my anxiety.
I am working out and eating better again after giving up on that early this year. I was so discouraged because my workouts and efforts to increase protein, lift heavier etc weren't fixing the dents, scars and hip dips...Silly me.
