Terrible, deformed butt - disgusted by this experience

! READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO! ((this is my experience with having surgery performed by Dr. Joseph Alkon in linden nj, I am not in any way writing this as slander or defamation this is MY experience an im writing this for informational purposes. )
So I had a BBL an a TUMMY TUCK with dr Alkon in 2021
Immediately after surgery when I woke up I was having a lot of anxiety, I asked dr Alkon to pls call my mom an tell her I’m okay, he sighed an mumbled something like “I have to do paper work - an sighed again an said okay I will, “ (found out later he never called her.) ... 1 week after surgery I had my drains in still an noticed a huge dent on both sides of my hip / thigh area as well as puffy bulging lump like “dog ear “ thing on each end of my tummy tuck scar, I was so scared an upset.At my 10 day post op I got my drains out an asked about my dents, he said “gain some weight it will fluff out an the puffiness will subside an flatten with the faja” (I gained 6-8 pounds the dent didn’t fluff out at all an the puffy dog ear thing never went away!.. in fact it got worse..) after I got my drains out the drain holes continued to leak an didn’t close !! My scar was opening back up an you could see the inside of my body!!! for about 2 months my body was leaking an my drain hole was open!!!!! He told me he pulled my skin very tight an that surgeons he talked to said they don’t pull it as tight as he does… wtf?! On top of that the scar kept getting infected due to in grown hairs, I went through hell with this surgery an dr Alkon was so nonchalant about everything .. At my one year post op I asked him to fix my botched bbl an my puffy tummy tuck scar “dog tag “ he assured me he could fix it with simply lipoing the dog ear ( puffy tummy tuck scar area ) an also doing a mini fat transfer to the huge dents on my butt, dr Alkon himself even said that the dents was bad but when I asked about how much I was quoted $7,500 ….. no way, TO FIX HIS MISTAKES!?! After paying almost 14k for the first surgery I was not going to give him another check, I asked him on Instagram why it is so much to fix the botched bbl an he was extremely rude an un professional!! I been asking for a partial refund as I have to get this fixed an my body is deformed bc of him they are refusing to give a partial refund. I’m truly upset an just disgusted by this experience. I wish I never went to him !!
