Day 3! BBL Post OP

Have not enjoyed one single minute of this recovery. Having so many mixed emotions and I really really wish there would have been more honest reviews because I can’t remember even reading one that was as bad as mine is. I’m only 3 days post op and I guess with it still being super fresh the pain is normal but wow. Im so desperate to sit, to sleep on my side. I pace back and forth all day like a crazy person and my legs are exhausted at this point. My sleeping pattern is completely f**ked up.
I received a foam board today and I thought matters couldn’t get worse but this thing is bulky and so uncomfortable!! I know I sound super negative but believe me I am trying my hardest to stay positive as hell as my surgeon keeps telling me week 1 is the worst!
I am soooo concerned about my belly and all of this loose skin.. I’ve already done 2 lymphatic massages but there’s no difference at all in my belly and it’s literally bulging.. I haven’t come across anybody yet who’s encountered the same problem. I just want to know if this will get better even just a little bit. I see so many bigger ppl getting lipo done and their belly’s being close to flat after procedure without needing a TT!!
Need all the motivation and good vibes I can get :(

Hey I'm almost 2 wks post op. Your foams will help your belly. I not sure why you didn't he them day 1 but make sure you wear them. Once ur pain goes down you won't feel as uncomfortable. My first week was rough. You need to walk a lot so you body doesn't stiffen and get sore. Eat a lot of fruit and protein if u can. Pineapple is great for Recovery. Continue our massages they will help with the fluid and the swelling. Your not gonna see all the results you want immediately. So keep in mind it yes time for our body to heal Since you basically experienced trauma to it. Use arnica cream to help also. If gonna be tough but you will get thru this. Good luck.
Hey my stomach was really sagging after I had my bbl. the swelling will go down I swear! I'm at week 2 and there's such a huge difference. Also to help with the sagging skin, I used the tape method. Look it up! You literally use kinesiology tape to lift your stomach so that it will retract where you want it. After a few days of wearing it, I noticed such a big difference
Don't use the tape, your skin is too fresh and can rip your skin! Not a good way for a temporary lift.
Omg this was going to be my next question.. I went on google to try and see how to put it on and ended up being redirected to horror stories about it ripping off skin! I’m hoping so badly my stomach will contract even just a LITTLE:(
How are you feeling? Better I hope!

1 Day Post Op BBL

I had been wanting to start a profile on here from the beginning of my journey but with having 3 kids (smallest being only 6 months) it was just put off for far too long.
I finally got my BBL & lipo360 yesterday!!!I was hoping I could get some feedback from people who have already undergone this procedure as I am experiencing a whole bunch of different emotions and don’t want to feel like I’m alone in this. :(I was NOT ready for this pain. I woke up literally crying feeling like I got hit by a damn bus and have been absolutely miserable since leaving the clinic yesterday. I wasn’t given any draining tubes for the drainage part I was left open and I was a bit concerned about the amount of blood/leakage I have, has anybody else experienced this?Sleeping on my belly is HELL for me.. pre surgery it was something I never ever did and wow I don’t know how I’m going to do this for the next few weeks. Any tips on how I could maybe get more comfortable I’m so open to trying anything!I have been getting up to pee more often than I’d like, it’s weird to me as I am barely drinking but I think from laying and putting pressure on my stomach it’s something that isn’t helping the whole washroom situation!Getting up and out of bed/also into bed, is excruciating for me and I don’t know if there’s an easier way but I kind of slide myself off and have to mentally prepare myself for about 20 minutes prior. Feeling like complete crap all around... trying to be as honest as I can be and give a real review!

Aww man. Congrats to you for doing it. But wow who did you go to? That's weird this is a first for me hearing someone with having drains placed. But, I wish you luck. Only thing I can say is that make sure you're getting you super power foods and massages because I heard that's the most critical part of recovery. I can't wait for mine. I'm looking to get the lipo360 & bbl with hips. I'm still in the Dr searching part though. Lol for the last 18 yrs It will be someone in the states for sure.
Would love to see before and after pics
I don't know what you're going through (not yet). But try to think this pain isn't forever and there is a light at the end!
Hey Mama! I'm about 10 days PO with 2 under 2. I feel y'all, the next couple days will be rough - I'm not going to lie to you. But you got this. I also didn't have drains but embrace the leaking (although it's gross) and go the restroom as frequency as needed to get all the fluid out. It'll def help with you recovery. I recommend arnica tea to aide with this. As for sleep, do you have a pregnancy pillow? I recommend sleeping with that and hugging it wrapped between you legs while laying on your stomach. It really helped for me.
Also, I started getting some relief laying on my back on my sofa by removing one cushion giving my butt the extra space so it does not touch anything and using that extra cushion to prop up my thighs. I also read many ladies have bought the I inflatable pool avocado (Amazon) and it help them with their sleep.
