Unfortunately, I can’t properly review Dr. Ghurani’s work due to unprofessional customer service that I received from the surgical consultant, Marlene. I had paid my deposit on December 3rd and spoke with her over the phone about next steps. She could not give me a date at that time or tell me how much I would have to pay upfront. Since then she would message me say she was “working on a date for me” several times with no results. Weeks went by and I reached out to her with no response and even called the office. The receptionist said she would reach out to me once she was done with a client but she never called. I texted saying that it should not take this long to decide on a date and that is when she said I would have to pay the full price upfront before I could get a date set. This was not previously discussed with me. I work in healthcare and with this being an investment customer service needs to be top priority. I feel cheated out of my deposit.

Unfortunately,I had the same experience - I think they are overwhelmed, you can tell there is a lot of disorganization. Once you place your deposit down they have you pick from the available dates posted on the admins (Cindy's) personal IG page - very unprofessional. I had higher expectations for this doctor and his office but sadly I am disappointed.
I experienced this same thing as well. Very unprofessional, who uses an Instagram page to schedule a surgery date.
Yeah the same ish happened to me it was so annoying they act like we're asking for a hand out so I just told her off told her she could keep my $750 deposit. Cindy is the worst!!!
