Six month Picts
WORTH IT$9,500
Hi just wanted to update with some pics six months post op- I’ve switched up my eating habits to all protein and green veggies and water but as Dr Gabay says, “ remember to treat yourself eat what you want just be mindful of serving size”. But he encourages a healthy regimen. It’s been hard to go full force in the gym as my ab repair is still sore and when I work out OMG I feel like I started all over. Still very real and still very in the recovery process! When they say six months to a year they mean it! I have two small indents in each butt cheek but we have to remember the transfer won’t fix or correct cellulite that I had my share of pre op in my butt as you can see in my before pics! I’m trying to get the ab definition in my tummy but it’s a process. Im still getting massages! I’m happy with my results the worse time is during my cycle! I feel blah and bloated during this time! Next February I’m going to see Dr Gabay again for my round two Lipo and to see if he can give me more of a rounded hip! But for the most part I’m happy!

Pushing six month
Oct 21 will be six months since my bbl and TT. Healing well, BUTT is softening up and dropped to a nice place still some hard spots I still wear a compression garment for 12 hrs a day! BUTT is still sore in some places and in the hip area. TT incision is healed and it tender but lightening up. Stomach is still numb, still getting massages twice a week (. I think I’m just used to it now). Drinking a ton of water eating high protein and getting along well! Definitely want to get the suggested round two of Lipo to flatten out the stomach!

May I ask, how is recovery from having a TT and a BBL at the same time? How did you sleep, and position yourself throughout the day?

Hi- Recovery is hard! Can’t put pressure on your butt and can’t lay in your stomach. I purchased a snake pillow, layered it twice by wrapping to make a circle. I had two wedges on for the bottom part the other for the top. I put my butt on the circle so that it was inside the circle but not any pressure on my butt. It wasn’t touching the bed. It was hard getting up and down. When I was up and in the living room I bought a hassock, I kneeled on a pillow and rested elbows on the hassock. It was a challenged. I love the result from doing both at the same time however I don’t recommend it as recovery is challenging. Still too this day six months later my ab repair is super sore and sitting up hurts like hell, to cough feels like stabbing pain. My incision is lightening up almost un noticeable in some places. Still numb to touch from belly button down. From my bbl it’s hard to lay on my sides and the places where the most fat was injected hurts to touch but is getting better as time goes on!

3 months PO
Heyyy- so tomorrow is 3 months since my surgery. Today is my follow up with Dr.Gabay. Beginning at week 10 I have had achy pain in both butt cheeks where the fat was transferred it feels good when it’s rubbed. When I walk or when I’m on the elliptical and it bounces it hurts. I’m thinking that’s bc I’m finally working it so will definitely follow up with Dr today about that. My TT is still very sore around the abdominals like when I stretch or cough or laugh and I have had a pulling burning sensation in only one little space on my incision above where the drain tubes were placed. Nothing is open nothing is red nothing is leaking. Still wearing faja! I have to stretch every morning bc I feel so stiff but once I stretch I feel so much better again I believe this is all from the fact I’ve been working out so my body is trying to get in the groove of things Post OP. Still getting massages 2x a week and the roughest time for my body is during my cycle I get super bloated I look BLAH and feel Blah. This is my current situation so I’m my pics you can see a little bloat but after my cycle this goes down a ton.

Hey your results look awesome. I was wondering since you have a TT when did you start your exercise? I’m almost 3 months post from a mommy Makeover and I’m ready to start small like a 30 day Challenge

Thank you- honestly you will need help and a ton of support especially the first week! Ice!!!! I bought ten bags of frozen peas and corn and used them four on the booty in the middle and top of BUTT lower back area, water, water, water and Gatorade! You have to eat your not going to be feeling up to do anything but you have to eat! Applesauce, pineapples, green tea and soft stuff! Very low sodium diet !!! You have to walk every two hrs get up and get moving. I slept with wedges and a snake pillow that I folded in a circle and placed my butt in it and used the wedges to elevate my back and feet! Your faja is your Best friend! Wear it! Your compression socks, wear them! Take your meds on time don’t wait until the pain comes you want to manage the pain. Make sure you don’t have a high bed, lay towels or bed mats down bc the first day your going to drain and it’s messy! And girl, that second week you need to get your massages they were a game changer for me! Good luck and if you need someone to talk to hit me christinepaa@gmail.com. Your going to feel down and out but that comes with it I’ll help lift you if your feeling down! Good luck and you will not regret it.
