Started having complications 3 months post op.

Im so sorry for your experience, I know how upsetting this may be. This reaction happened to me as well but after HA filler injections in the buttock area, the inflammation formed a granuloma around the foreign body injected. I did radio frequency and 5FU injections and it has helped significantly with the indentation and the hardness. I also had oral antibiotics twice. And for the hyperpigmentation I had pico laser and it helped a little with the colour. Hope this helps :(

I hate to see this. I have not had bbl but I had a large round butt years ago and something that looked exactly like that appeared on my behind. A friend came over and explained that it was a boil. Of course i thought of boils as something in third world countries, an unsanitary person or someone paralyzed would have. I went to see a doctor and she was correct. It was painful and I was given antibiotics and topical ointment but after it burst my butt deflated the same way and hasn't been the same since. I have one big round cheek and one deflated one, lol. You can only tell when I'm undressed or wear white jeans. I've asked plastic surgeons about it and that just want my 20's year old being back not a big Brazilian one cause mine already was. They just laugh, tell me they don't know way my derrière looked like when I was in my 20's and suggest fillers for that area to round it off so it looks like the other cheek. Idk if it's from lumps due to procedure or if you experienced a discharge after it went down. As per the previous comment they'll suggest different fillers and say you have to get them repeatedly to keep it round or go for another round of bbl correction, which is also costly but more permanent. Your surgeon should have stressed the importance of cleaning the area with hibiclins or betadine after your procedure to prevent that and should try to assist you in correcting it. I pray it gets better for you, no compassion anymore in medicine, which is sad and surgeons use to take pride in their work but unfortunately it's become all about the Benjamin's.
