Comfortzone/Dr Ilker in 1 week

Left is me before my first BBL in March. Right is me now before my revision. I'm not doing a second round BBL, but a second round lipo as I feel my result is uneven. As you can see there's very little different. I can't believe I went through so much, spent so much money and risked my life for such a little difference. My left bum cheek is smaller than right, so perhaps I'll ask the doctor to add more fat there. What you guys think, honest opinion :)

Finally. After a lot of back and forth, broken promises they finally gave me a date for my revision and my surgeon agreed with me what he saw in pictures. I wanted my revision to be end of November / Beginning of December, but of course it's going to be on Comfortzone's terms and they claim my doctor is fully booked for the 3 next months which I'm sure is bullshit. And now I only have 2 weeks to recover before Christmas eve with my family which makes me upset. The CZ boss says it "won't hurt as much as last time" and it's going to be quick. But all liposuction requires faja and lymph massages. And getting lymph massages during holidays is going to impossible, so I'm really worried and stressed. Wtf do I do, just lumpy massage myself?! But again, I want value for my money and I want them to liposuction me good as its done poorly and I literally got love handles, tummy and chubby thighs. I don't want a second round of BBL, but perhaps the doctor can fill in me dents and make it look more round? What do you guys think??? I feel I need to just accept the date and go as it wasn’t easy to make them give me a revision.

It's been 5 months since my BBL, and I've been honest about I was not happy with my result.
I reached out to Comfortzone about a revision, and was hoping I could have Dr Serbulent this time. But if I choose him I needed to pay €1500 which I can't afford. But if I had Dr Ilker again it would be for free. So I guess Dr Ilker again, as much as I dislike this and the horrible experience I had last time. So perhaps end of September, I will go in and have the revision. I said I don't want a BBL, but just lipo so I can look even and also the rolls under my ass so it don't look like I have double bum. My right bum and hips is bigger. I will keep you updated.
