The Manager was really nice, went through everything with me before my consultation. I had Dr. ilker but was assigned dr. Serbulant. Everyone is really friendly. The maids are really nice, the nurse Amy was the best nurse in my opinion. Really nice lady, good chat on her and was very emphatic. Considering I had a bad bbl surgery else where everything went very smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better. There’s 3 different villas. I was in villa 2. Rooms spacious and clean at all times. Majority of my experience was a thumbs up. But there are a couple things that have pissed me off. One being, there’s no privacy when it comes to the nurses & maids. Literally just open the door (mind you I’m with my partner) if I was by myself I would be annoyed but don’t think as much. Secondly I was given any pain killers, even when asked over & over again.. I got it 2 days after and the nurse forgot to give me my antibiotics etc.. which she did give later..they speak little English this include some of the nurses they can just about grasp what your actually on about but all maids English was very poor. final negative that I can say is that wasn’t informed how much fat was removed and how much transferred. I did ask, was told the next day I would be told. That day cake was told the same thing. I left it and emailed/WhatsApp when I was back in UK but have not even responded. But apart from that I’m happy. Will upload before & after later xx
