Comfort Zone, Turkey. I have fallen into a depression because of this
For a long time, I was looking forward to having. BBL done. Finally after saving up, I contacted Engin who fixed an appointment for me. I arrived in Turkey on 29th May. My surgery was scheduled for the next day.
I got to the airport and wasn’t hard locating the driver. Took me straight to comfort zone. When I got there, I was immediately led to the office to pay the money for BBL. my surgery was scheduled for the next day with dr. Serbulent. The villa was beautiful, got checked into the basement room which was dark and cold. Wasn’t happy about it at all and immediately complained to the coordinator. She assured me I would be moved upstairs as soon as a room was available. HOSPITAL Next day early in the morning me and a couple of girls were driven to hospital which was about 40 minutes away. We Filled in some forms and after about an hour were checked into the waiting rooms. A nurse came and took some blood samples. Dr. Serbulent arrived about 2 hours later. He asked my room mate to undress, made a few marks on her body and within a few minutes it was my turn too. He explained the process and marked my body. This exercise took about 10 minutes. A couple of minutes later, I was being wheeled out to the surgery room. I woke up a couple of hours later. The pain was bearable. The next day, me and the girls were taken back to the villa. Two of the girls were moved into new rooms upstairs and to my horror I was taken back to the basement room (take note that I had complained about my room before these girls and one of these girls had checked into the villa after I had already arrived!). I was told all rooms were full. I was promised a better room the next day. I was upset but had no choice. I was given my medication and went to have a nap. I woke up in excruciating pain that evening. The pain would have been bearable had I not been abandoned in a very cold dark room. I tried to call for help but no one could hear. I wailed until another patient heard me and called for help. I was so angry I threatened to leave for a hotel if I wasn’t given a better room. They promised I would be moved to a nicer room the next day.Two days after surgery the nurse came to take out my tubes and change my bandages. It was a very uncomfortable feeling but I was looking forward to seeing my body. I looked in the mirror, one side was visibly rounder than the other and one butt bigger, but wasn’t much bothered because I thought it was too early to start looking for faults. 5 days later, I had to fly home. It was a 9 hour flight, the most uncomfortable flight ever! I stood throughout the journey and was so relieved when I got home. Couldn’t wait to eat some good food. However as the days went by, I got increasingly bothered. There weren’t much changes from the day I saw my body when the nurse took off my bandages at comfort zone. My body was still unproportional. With one round/curvy side and the other less curvy and one butt cheek visibly bigger than the other. A few weeks later I sent the co-ordinator (meriam) a message, telling her about my uneven hips and uneven butt cheeks. I explained that I had seen this discrepancy from the second day of my surgery and I sent her pictures to back this up. All she said to me was “Let me get back to you ASAP” .I didn’t hear from her again!! I waited a couple of days and sent a message to another male coordinator. I explained my situation and sent pictures.He responded and said they were willing to do a touch up for me. He however told me to give it a few months since I was still in the healing stages. He told me I would only be able to see my final results at least 4 months after surgery. As the days went by, nothing changed. I was so upset because I couldn’t wear tight clothes since everyone noticed the uneven hips and I was so self conscious. Even when I wore leggings, the disproportion was clearly visible. I waited a couple of months. And 4 months later, i still had the same results with one curvier hip and one bigger butt. I contacted meriam. I told her of the progress and sent her pictures and reminded her of the free touch up they had promised. But she never responded. I waited a couple more weeks, sent her more messages but still no response. She completely went silent on me. I contacted the other co-ordinator that had promised a free touch up but he too ignored me. I sent another message a couple of weeks later and he told me it’s Meriam I had to talk to. I explained that Meriam had not been responding to my messages for a couple of months now. He promised to ask her to get in touch with me but it all looked like they were playing a game of hide and seek with me. It’s now 5 months. I can’t wear tight dresses because the hips and butt cheeks are visibly uneven. Apart from this, one butt has a very big dent that I didn't have before. I have to edit all the pictures I take to make sure the unevenness is less noticeable. I have fallen into a depression because of this and worse still, no response from comfort zone. Again, when I Contacted the male coordinator, he told me he would ask Meriam to contact me. Finally after a million messages, Meriam responded. I explained yet again what had happened. She didn’t show any concern. She told me casually to just pay for a second round BBL!!! Can you imagine? She asked me to pay £2800 to correct the body they messed up. Bear in mind I had paid £3000 to have this BBL!! So I have to pay almost the same amount to have my body corrected!
