First of all, I want to thanks this website and their staffs for managing this site for people like me who want to do research about PS. Thanks to all the reviews that have help me learned so much about the BBL procedure.
I took 4 months to do research and learn as much as I could about the BBL. I´m doing my review to contribute to this wonderful website and may be someone will find it helpful in the future.
About me: I´m 5´1, currently 120 lbs, active person, eat healthy, have been lifting weight for over 3 years. Just finish my master degree and decided doing this before my graduation. Have set up sx with Dr.Denis Dass in Feb 8, i’m soooo excited and nervous about this.
I’m out of town and will be traveling by my self, i will hire a private nurse for the first 48h after that 1 hour daily for 7 days, will be solo most of the time after 48 h, a bit scary but more excitement...Dr. Dass will give me the booty that i’ve always been dreaming of. God blessed Dr. Dass and his amazing works.
• Why I choose Dr. Dass?
The only consultation I had was the online consultation with Dr. Dass. Since I did all my research about him so the consultation was short, he was calm and explained everything clearly, and so far from my research: He is board certificate in PS, specialize in bbl, he does from 5 to 10 bbl weakly and most important his record is clean, no dead, no fat necrotic, no infection on butt cheeks after bbl, no terrible burn on stomach skin after bbl, his own technique and idea about the bbl at the end is to make the body proportional and natural looking. His before and after patients have are happy with their result. I feel confident about choosing him and looking forward on seeing him for my pre-op.
• Gaining weight:
Dr. Dass didn´t recommend me gain weight. But across all of his review, a few of his skinny petite patient are unhappy because they didn´t have enough fat to achieve the projection that they want. So I decide to take 3 months to gain 10 to 15 pounds so hopefully I will have a nice projection after the bbl.
In one of Dr. Dass video he explains why he didn´t want his patient to gain weight before surgery (sx), one of the reason is bc he wants his patient to come to sx healthy and that is important. Healthy patient is relating to a stable weight patient. If your weight is unstable and have been speeding up before sx, you will have to deal with unstable weight after your bbl. Gain weight before bbl and lose weight after bbl you will lose mostly the volume of the fat that was injected to your buttock, so no used go through all that gaining process and end up with the same result as going to sx without gaining weight. And if you gain weight after bbl, you will have fat in your tummy again and high chance end up needing the 2nd round. There a myth saying that gain weight after bbl and work out on stomach so that way the fat will only go to the butt. Don’t get fool by that, fat will distribute to every part of your body, gain every part will gain, lose every part will lose. So the key is to gain before bbl and maintain that weight after bbl.
Base on that, my concern is how can I gain weight and turn that in to my stable weight to be healthy going in sx? That mean I need to turn the 10 lbs pounds that I´ve gain in to my stable weight at least one month before my sx. So what I did was take 2 months to gain that 10 pounds and then one month before sx maintain stable weight, eat healthy one month before sx so I won´t have to deal with unstable weight after my bbl.
How I gain and maintain:
i used www.calculator.net to calculate my calories. According to my daily activities and body type 5´1, 110 lbs, I need:
1,769 cal/ day to maintain my weight
2,269 cal/day to gain 1 lbs per week
2,769 cal/day to gain 2 lbs per week. (add 1000 cal more daily)
So my weight was stable at 110, which mean whatever I eat in my daily equal 1,769 calories. My goal is to gain 2 lbs a week so I added 1000 calories daily. I drink protein gainer shake to add that extra 1000 cal daily (every cup of gainer is 250 calories, I drink 4 cups daily) and I gained that 10 lbs after a month and half. During that month and haft I feel like a piggy…so unhealthy. When I stopped the protein shake I immediately lose 2 lbs during the first week, so I try to eat more fruit and desert like gelatine. Now I’m back to my normal eating and my weight is stable with 120 lbs. I know, everyone has their own technique of doing things and what work for one doesn’t mean will work for other, but hope this give extra knowledge for those who’s struggling about gaining weight and try to maintain it. The key is to calculate your calories.
• Prevent cellulite during gaining weight:
Almost every women has cellulite, I already have little and gaining weight is high risk of having more, to prevent that I keep on doing squat and lunges during gaining weight. Don’t stop going to the gym while you are gaining weight, just don’t do cardio but lift weight normally.
• Prevent stretch mark on butt cheek after BBL:
Gaining weight can cause stretch mark on skin, so to prevent that, since the first day of starting gaining weight I used a stretch mark cream apply on my upper arm, inner legs, stomach, butt cheeks, hips. Some patient have stretch mark appear on butt cheeks a few months after bbl, this cause by inelastic skin on butt cheeks and the fat that was injected to the buttock cause the skin stretch out. Once it happen it stay forever so the key is to prevent it. I use the stretch mark cream 3 months before sx and will continue 6 months after sx bc to reduce the risk of getting stretch mark. Gelatin is a good source for collagen and helps the skin elastic, so eating jello as dessert before and after sx also help the skin. I home made my gelatin, and adjust the sweetness in low calories to maintain my weight.

Still very swollen but i can see dr. Dass did a great work on transforming my body! I’m happy that i’ve chosen him. I asked him for most projection and little hips. Hopefully i will heal fast.

Yes, please post your transformation. Just remember to remind Dass the shape that you want the moment he’s marking your back before surgery. The rest of post op just follow instructions. Little tip on 1st Shower try to take les than 5 minutes, no hot vapor water or heater to prevent fainting. I’m sure you will do just fine. Can’t wait to see your result.

I’m doing good, just that everynight i have to get every 2 hours because i get uncomfortable laying on stomach. my back and legs get tired, but most uncomfortable is my fat boobies, they started to get hurt after a few days post op from pressure of laying on them. I had to cut a hole on a pillow to lay my boobs on it and it works. Such a relief! I will def post pic as soon as my butt get soft, now still big and hard, overall i love the shape but my stomach still have a lot of work to tighten up. Your waistline is to die for!!! You look amazing!!!

glad to hear you’re doing good!! my main issue is laying down too. I can’t even use a pillow my neck kills me!! my stomach is flat and I love my waist and hips I Pray my hips don’t go away :( but yes can’t wait for your updates!!!

Hubby came home and help me take some pics. He was in love with my result. I will post pics of some stuff that i use to massage the stomach daily since day 5 post op.
I massage my belly because right after sx i notice some fat fat at my middle belly, wasn’t Dass fault. Was mine! Because i asked him to move the incisions to the side right under my armpit because i was concerning about the scars on my back, as i LOVE back less dresses and crop top!!! I’m a Back less lady!!! So Dr. Dass did exactly what i asked and well well... my waist is not that small as if he places the incision like normally on other girls’s back. My husband thought it was swelling but i knew what happen there ????. When i got home at day 5 PO. i started to massage the waist area, at first it hurt and seem like more swollen up after the massage. I got scare but since i’m a little persistent in everything i do and did research and found out that it ok to do deep tissue massage at PO. i continue and at day 10 start to see it went down significantly.
My legs got brush from the fly back home 7 hours on knees and standing up. I didn’t have thigh lipo. Just how much my legs suffer from the flight and the walking around Lax.
Will post pics of the tools i use to massage my waist daily and the robot arm that i use to pick up stuff. As you can see my stomach heal nicely because i haven’t bend over. Even in the shower my hubby help me wash my legs and feet LOL...

Thanks for the update! Did Dass recommend massages? What areas did he lipo? Did you do general or local anesthesia?

No, Dass doesn’t recommend massage. i just Did it by my own because i notice fat left behind in my middle belly due to the fact that i asked him to change the place of bra roll incisions. Angela did warn me that the result won’t be maximize but i was stubborn. And i guess Dass see my stubborn face so he rather did what i asked LOL... but overall I did the massge and my waist is getting better. my sx was with general anesthesia. the lipo areas was full stomach, full back and bra roll.
