I Went to Cali Colombia to Get my Body Done

My recovery has been going pretty smooth. Sadly after I’ve reached back to the US I got into a car accident 2 months after the surgery. It has been slowing down my recovery. I have been extra inflamed . To help my inflammation go down I do drink turmeric teas and drink a lot of water, do my self massages . Other than that I do wear my faja still . I won’t wear it every day but when I do wear it I’ll wear it for about eight hours . If I’m not wearing my faja I switch out into my waist trainer. Right now my waist is in an XS and XXS. I go back-and-forth between the trainers depending on if I’m just chilling in the house or if I want my waist extremely snatched . Other than that my diet is pretty regular I still eat the same I just watch a lot of the sugar intake. I did start the gym but due to me getting into the accident I took a break so my body can heal . So far so good no issues !Right now my main focus is lightening my scars . I use idole exfoliating and lightning soap, coffee soaps , creams, retinol oil , lightening cream , and silicone strips. I have a trip to the dermatologist so hopefully they can help speed the scaring process up a bit . Love my body soooooooooooo much . My results get better with time. I really am beyond happy .

This has been the hardest week of my life . But let me tell you , I’m dedicated. I been eating good and getting my massage ( even though they are a killer ) . I am getting happier day by day with my results .
