Breast reduction, lipo & fat transfer to butt & hips - detailed, honest review

I have waited 6 weeks before writing this review because I wanted to understand my results better before commenting on my experience!
I had breast reduction & fat transfer to butt and hips (incl lipo) with Dr Mehmet Fatih Algan.
The clinic is extremely professional and clean! The drivers are punctual, patient and kind! From my arrival they took me straight to a private hospital to have my bloods taken, where the driver checked me in and stayed with me the whole time. He then checked me in to my hotel for me, absolute gentleman.
Umut was my patient coordinator, an amazing kind person who listens, answers any questions, has fantastic English and has been prompt in his follow ups with me (to the surgeon) since being back home! I do wish my surgeon took the time to provide a computer aided drawing to show how he envisioned my results to look post op, it did feel rushed, but regardless the results are outstanding.
Surgery went perfectly, however I would encourage anyone visiting to always do their own research on aftercare as I feel like with the language barrier this was the only thing that was missing from my experience, however I had done my research therefore knew what to expect. (Lymphatic drainage massages etc)
The nurses were lovely, my advice is to be kind and you will be treated with kindness.
Now! I did freak out at my fat transfer to hips & butt results initially, and I couldn’t find anything similar online so I have decided to (try to) include photos to this review, being very vulnerable and honest. If you get a bbl, even fat transfer to hips, it was my experience that it did not look pretty FOR WEEKS!! I cried, multiple times, and the surgeon said all I could do was wait 6 months to see how it settled. There was a huge amount of swelling that occurred for me, and everywhere else online just said mild to moderate swelling. So please just trust your surgeon!
My surgeon did an incredible job with my breast reduction, my breasts are literally SO perfect and completely symmetrical. Lipo, the results are far better than I could have hoped for, so thank you Dr Mehmet, you are an artist!
My fat transfer to hips and butt are still evolving literally daily as some fat is absorbed and swelling continues to go down, however they are starting to look EXACTLY how I wanted, despite the weeks of being scared to look in the mirror! They will continue to soften and evolve over the next 6 months to my true results.
Overall, this clinic was exceptional, thank you to everyone to looked after me, to my surgeon, thank you, you have literally changed my life ???? my patient coordinator UMUT for just being the best , the nurses and drivers!
I have already recommended my friends to attend here, and may in the future brave the commute (22hrs from Aus) and see you all again!

Swelling continues to subside, now looking forward to the softening (rounding) of the hips. Starting to look more natural in clothes. No pain in the bbl region, I can now sit and begin exercise. Lipo pain is still present with numbness but slowly subsiding!
