Botched

My surgery was on 8/11.
It was so bad I don't know where to start. From the beginning I was given inconsistent information about everything. I was told by Maricol that the limphatic massages were not compulsory, but on Monday 8/16, 4 days after surgery, I was told by someone who didn't have a clue either that they should be done every hour and that I shouldn't have listened to pre-op. I was also told by Maricel that a one week stay in Miami post surgery will be enough. No one really talked to me about any post surgical instruction before the surgery. They tried to give me instructions after the surgery when I was very ill and couldn't retain any information. After the surgery they must have let me go home with a very low Hb as I was very weak. I had surgeries before and I knew this was different. I felt very unwell. My nurse brought me for the post op apointment next day and I was feeling even worse. I couldn't keep my head up, I had to rest it on the lobby counter. They saw that but they were blaming that on me not eating enough. When the nurse practicioner took me to the exam room she said she will check my Hb, and I don't know how she did it but she told me that my Hb was 13 at that time
(she then strangely declined when I came to see her on the 8/20) that she checked my Hb on 8/12. I was feeling very bad on the 8/12. I was begging them to give me IV fluid, but they first said I didn't need IV as I was drinking juice, it took me a while to convince them that I needed it. I was also begging for nausea medication and I was told that they didn't do that and don't have it there, but finally somehow it turned out that they have it and they eventually did it. I was being declined those basic things to feel a bit better. I told them that I knew something bad is going on with me because of how I felt. I was told that everything regarding the surgery is ok so if I feel that bad thats not from the surgery complications. Again they said I just need to eat and I will be ok. I was sent home that day 8/12. My next appointment was on 8/17 but because every day I became weaker and weaker I asked to see them on Monday 8/16, and by that day couldn't walk anymore without support. That day the nurse practicioner took my Hb and most likely told me the wrong results again, she said the Hb was 8.6 I looked half alive in the office that day. They gave me IV fluid and because I also complained of severe stomach pain they said I should go to hospital to have a CT scan. That day I was told again that I am feeling like that as I am not following instructions and not eating. When I reached the hospital my Hb was 5.6. I was gasping for oxygen by then. I was admitted and given 4 bags of blood transfusion. While in ER the nurses there were saying: 'oh another Dr Mendieta patient, we have about 10 of them every month.' While in the hospital Dr Mendieta wasn't even bothered to come and see me even though he also works in that Mercy Hospital. I spent 2 nights at the hospital. All this time I was asking to see Dr Mendieta as I am also not happy with the outcomes but I was told thats not possible as Mendieta doesn't see post surgical patients. I was given another appointment in the office on 8/20 with the nurses. During that appointment I mentioned that I am not happy with the outcomes and the care I was given. I was then told I can see Mendieta next week when they knew I was flying away on the 8/22 and they were declining for me to see the Dr when I had time to do it. During that appointment when I mentioned that I am not happy with the results as my butt looks flat I was told by the nurse practicionar that because I was in the hospital. She already assumed that the hospital stay made my butt look flat without even asking me what the position of me was in bed while in hospital.
Along the way, every person seemed to not remember what they were saying e.g. the nurse practicioner declined that she was checking my Hb on 8/12 and told me that it was 13- weird thing to forget. So what then? does it mean she didn't check my Hb on the first post op visit - that seems even worse- thats a basic care.
Also all that way, I was asking for the lipo of the whole torso, I mentioned it a few time to be sure, and was assured by Maricol that it was the whole torso and everything was already paid and when I went for my preop visit on 8/10 I was told that axila will be added but I will not be charged for it since I am already paying extra for plasma. I was made to believe to the last minute that we were talking about the whole torso however they forgot to include that axila till the last minute.
I am also devastated with the results. My butt is uneven, it looks like there is no fat transfer to my left butt, it looks the same as before surgery. Also my thighs went back to the size before surgery after the swelling subsided. What a waste of money.
