Botched BBL - over-suctioned my stomach and lasered a six-pack

I got a BBL with Dr. Lahijani and he completely botched me. He overly suctioned my stomach to the point where there was only skin on fascia and he lasered a SIX-PACK like the abs that men have. It looked horrible, and I didn’t even ask for it. He told me after the surgery that he “did a little extra for me”. I didn’t know what he was talking about until the swelling went down and I had a freaking six-pack. When I asked him about it he told me he lasered abs for me. He also put way too much fat in my butt and it was super fake looking. I would get asked many times if it was fake and developed serious anxiety over it. I had to spend so much money on a revision with a different doctor, who I wish I just went to in the first place.
