I had a bbl February 2021 I loved my results until.... a year later I see that my butt is bulging from the sides it makes it look like I have an implant starting to hang and it's so noticeable. I couldn't find anyone with something similar and I went to get it checked out by Dr.dass and he said it's because I gained weight can someone tell me if I'll need a revision.

Way over done in my opinion
I look the exact same way , but mine is slight bigger because he inserted to many fat on one side smh. Currently looking to get it fix
Just get some wood therapy/ body contouring. Non surgical and will sculpt the fat better
