Booked with Dr. Wright 7/27/21

I'm about 3 weeks post op, and am absolutely in love with my results. Dr. Wright was very sweet and delivered beyond my expectations. Recovery is going well; I feel just about normal, but my torso is still sore. Will update again at 3 months PO.

So as a graduation present to myself I've decided to begin my new career with a new body! I researched Mia Aesthetics, and while they certainly have some concerning things circulating about them online, I'm optimistic that I'll have a good outcome. Communication so far has been rather minimal, as was expected from what I've read, but the process of getting my surgery date booked was pretty simple.
So far my only real grievance is that per their procedure, you do not actually get to meet with your doctor until the day of surgery. However, from what I've found on her, Dr. Wright is capable of beautiful work, so I'm going to put my faith in her that she will give me the body of my dreams.
So far, I've put down a 10% deposit, and with messages, the abdominal board, lipo foam, garment, and pillow, I'm looking at a total of about $7,500. Pretty affordable compared to many other places, and for that reason I am not concerning myself with lack of professionalism or whatever else people have to grip at Mia Aesthetics about. As long as I wake up ok, have good work done, and infection control protocols are followed, I'll be satisfied.
So I'll be documenting this process on here for anyone who is interested. I'm 28-years-old, 5'6, and currently weigh 189lbs. I hope to be around 170lbs by the time my surgery date comes around, but we'll see. In regards to my current figure, I like to think I have decent projection, so I'm really more concerned about the lipo360 aspect of the procedure, however I do hope to get get some nice rounding of the hips. In preparation for the procedure I've started on the recommended supplements: folic acid, vitamin C, and hema-plex. If anyone has any tips for me going forward, I'd love to hear it.
