Care, Safety & Results - couldn't ask for better , happy beyond belief

Happy I found the RealSelf as it was soooooo crucial in helping me decide what surgeon to get my bbl with and the help of YouTube.

I won’t lie I do have sort of a bum I’m not flat or anything, however I have chosen to go on this journey as in 2017 I was 84kg around 183 pounds. I have always struggled to loose weight no matter what due to a medical condition I have. I’m only 5”3 so quite small and I finally with a lot of gym and stress lol lost weight and went down to 72kg in 2018 around 158 pounds.

Unfortunately that same year I was sexually assaulted ( May be wondering why I’m telling you) but it ties into why I’m getting a bbl. Due to failing into deep depression my weight fluctuated and I started to gain weight really badly , become very ill and a lot of negative things kept happening.

I can say I’m no longer in that dark place and even though I have gone back to my original weight 83/84 kg , I haven’t allowed it to get me in a really bad place. However after the assault I started to hate my body and my weight gain sometime reminds me of what happen and why I just gained the weight I loss.

Started doing research and to treat myself n give me a confidence boost I decided to get a BBL. I won’t lie my first option was not Dr Serbulent at Spectra Clinic UK- however after doing consultations with 4 other surgeons some in turkey n Marbella . I can 100% confirm the service from spectra clinic is 10/10 , my patient Coordinator is called Sezen and her service and responses is great, I asked a 100 million questions and she responds within an hour. Also Dr serbulent has no bad reviews so far I checked RealSelf and also other review websites.

I sent my before pictures to her and also declared my medical condition as I am aware, it could make surgery a bit more risky, spectra clinic where the only one that were on top of making sure I could actually have a BBL. I needed all have a full blood count blood test , I did this privately for £119; with a clinic called doctap. Sent this to sezen and waited half a day before she confirmed I could get a bbl done as the anaesthesiologist was happy with my hemogloblin levels .

Cost of my bbl is £3000 will go up from January 2020 I believe. £3000 includes one night hospital stay, 5 nights in a 4* hotel , shewee, faja, waist trainer and bbl pillow. Hotel includes breakfast and a nurse that will come n visit me at the hotel.

I have booked my flights from the 6th jan 2020 - 11 jan 2020 , my flights were £1 but that’s because I had flying miles to redeem with British Airways. If I didn’t the cost of the flights would be £112.

Spectra Clinic UK just need a 10% deposit , once you send this via bank transfer, you get a confirmation email with the date of your surgery surgeon , medical form, bbl aftercare details and more information about your iteniary.

I I’ll be doing a day by day post once I fly out but for now I just wanted to introduce myself.

Girls I recommend you making a surgery page on insta , it is soo soo hopefully. I have learnt so much and read up on so much , I know there is not a lot of Serbulent reviews on realself but there’s so many pages on him and girls who have had surgery with him.

I’m literally about to hit 2 months before my surgery and I had mix feelings . I have gotten all my supplies for when I’m in Istanbul and post op.
Will do a full detailed list soon- will go shopping as the average temperature in Istanbul in January is 6c so I can’t be walking around in a maxi.
Girls one thing I will say is he SX community on instagram is helpful bu t can also be overwhelming with so many opinions , rumours and all sorts.
I was told on Instagram dr Serbulent isn’t good with big girls , which made me think oh my gosh m going to get botched. I became paranoid and was willing to loose my deposit. I sent a long message to my coordinator bless her. Sezen sent me a voicenote saying she would call me , which she did. I told her all my worries and she was honest and showed me before and after pictures of big girls dr Serbulent has done. Their results were great- to even make customer service go the extra mile the owner of spectra contacted me and reassured me in regards to my sickle cell . Making sure protocols would be put in place as due to my condition my hemoglobin is usually low.
I have attached some of his results of women who’s BMI was over 28- my BMI is currently 31.5 hoping to loose weight and get it down to 29 or less.
So far the communication , customer service with spectra has been great- i will full document everything once I land in Istanbul and I’m here to hopefully show that dr Serbulent is a good surgeon no matter the size of the patient.
