Amazing woman but not Board Certified in PLASTIC Surgery

I went in for a consultation and everyone was extremely nice! I loved Dr Vasquez bc she made me feel comfortable. However, I don’t think i’ll be going to her. I’ve done research and to perform plastic surgery all you need is a medical license; there aren’t strict laws for plastic surgery.. I read somewhere that even a Pediatrician started a plastic surgery practice (and that’s legal!)..Dr Vazquez is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, not Plastic Surgery.. to be on the safe side I plan on going elsewhere (possibly Miami) to get surgery from a surgeon who’s Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. She is an amazing woman but to be on the safe side I will go elsewhere.
