Botch and in a critical condition.
WORTH IT
I had my surgery on the 1st of June with Dr U?ur Horoz and since then I have not been on my feet. I think I have lost a lot of blood during surgery but they didn’t do a transfusion or told me. I was in so much pain, weak, dizzy and feverish that I almost died. They discharge me from the hospital knowing that I wasn’t fit. I went back to my hotel with no help as I traveled alone. The nurse only comes in the morning to help me with my massages.
Four days post op I went to see the doctor, I was so ill that I couldn’t even stand up properly, he said I had seroma and drained it a bit and discharged me to come back to U.K. the next day. They even gave me a letter saying I was medically fit to travel when I wasn’t. I have to request for a special assistant with the airline to put me on a wheelchair.
Two days after arriving back in the U.K. my seroma got more swollen and my condition started to worsened, I contacted my Gp who referred me to the hospital to get my seroma drained. I was going to the hospital every two to three days to drain it.
On the 15th of June my wound started opening up and I was leaking everywhere. I was so scared I contacted my Gp and they-rushed me to the hospital to give me IV antibiotics and blood transfusion as I had necrosis and infection. As I was admitted in the hospital my hip opened up and they had to rushed me to theatre to remove the infection, I have undergone four surgeries since admitted in the hospital. And am currently in the hospital.
So far both Maya medical and Dr U?ur are completely against me, they’re arguing that the NHS are giving me the wrong treatment as I haven’t got any infection according to the photos that I have sent. They’re disputing everything just to make themselves look good. They’re mentally bullying me with no empathy at all until the doctors here advised me to stop replying them as it was affecting my mental health.
It’s been days and not even hello to check on me to know if am still alive. Am botched and my scares will come out bad as am currently on the VAC, and I might be needing a skin graft.
I have asked for my refund as I will be definitely needing a revision but they declined saying Dr U?ur will be doing the revision. I have explained to them how traumatised I am to Come back to Dr U?ur but they don’t care. All they keep doing is arguing with me instead of accepting my reality and understanding what am going through.

I’m so sorry to hear you went through this, just awful. I hope you are healing now. For revision and scar correction please research board certified plastic surgeons in your local area, ensure they are on the medical register and avoid travelling for surgery (if it’s more than a city away it’s too far incase of complications) despite how appealing the costs may seem. It’s worth spending more money to get done once and for all. With plastic surgery you really do get what you pay for. Best of luck correcting this.

I'm so sorry this happened to you! I am confused what was the surgery? a bbl is usually done with a catheter and no open incision like this, was this also a tummy tuck? are you okay now?
I had my surgery twice and first experience on 8th April 2022 was good even though the Dr forget two do my second arm for arm lipo and only one was done. BBL result was fine but buttock flat
Second experience 24th April 2022 wasn’t good because I wasn’t emotionally ready and I was going through personal problems so I took a wrong decision by accepting to use another Dr working under the first Dr. And also opt in for arm Lift which I don’t need but the second Dr didn’t tell me that. My arm lift scar is visible behind my back and also experiencing open wound. I end up in A& E on the day of my return to the UK. Open wound was terrible. Still healing and very traumatised.
Don’t just go to a Dr without proper investigations. Second Dr, I can’t see his profile or his qualifications till date unlike the first one who speaks English , qualified and have good reviews . Be careful out there guys.
