How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Would not book for BBL
I had a BBL from Dr Del Vecchio almost 2 years ago and I would not recommend anyone else book a BBL with him I will list a few reasons why
1. When I came out of surgery I had a lot of chest pain and bad bruising all over my chest which I should have because he shouldn't have done any work to my chest. That made me really worried.
2. It's 2 years later and I look like I never had a bbl. The shape of my butt looks bad and does not look like I had a bbl and I have not gained much weight. Im not sure why but it feels like I wasted money.
3. The way he does the BBL he does two incisions in your back and two right under your butt. If you scar badly like me the scars all turned into Keloids and I had them right under my butt so it was obvious I had a bbl. My sister did her bbl in Miami and the dr did an amazing job with the incisions you would not see anything.
4. I was not given good pre op or post op instructions after you pay and have the surgery they do not care. He didn't even call me for a post op check in like every doctor does. He just told me to text him pictures. Terrible service! I almost told him about the keloids and he told me to call and no one answered multiple calls.
Overall save yourself and go to a better doctor. Check out Dr. Chang in Miami he did an amazing job on my sisters body wish I went to him.
Happy with Results So Far, Not Happy with Communication
This week I am 3 Weeks post op. I will break my review down in sections just to make it easier and clear to everyone.
Communication:
From the moment i requested a consultation with Dr.D he was quick to respond and willing to answer any question that I had. That is really what made me comfortable to go with him.
Coordinator:
Terrible coordination from his coordinator. I told him about it and he said she is over worked. Honestly, i dont care. I had to continue to follow up with her when she should be the one following up with me. The day before my surgery she didnt even know that my covid results weren’t sent in and she asked if I had pid when I paid in full on day 1. I was frustrated with her communication. It felt like I was working for myself.
Other staff:
All other staff that I encountered was really great. From the time I arrived they made me feel so comfortable.
Day of surgery:
I waited 1.5 hours outside of the office which pissed me off because the coordinator didnt give me any idea that I would be waiting that long. She should have given me a heads up. Dr. D energy seemed really low and like he was over the day. I was his 3 rd patient of the day. The way he was talking in the office didnt make me feel confident in the results I was about to get. I got so thrown off I forgot to show him photos of what I wanted. Things were moving fast and i got over whelmed. Dr. paul was sooo nice i loved him.
Results:
I got 1500 cc in each cheek and I feel like my butt has gotten soooo small. I am so worried about it but I hear that at 6 weeks the fluffing process starts and will get bigger. Im trying to be patient but im seriously paranoid checking every second how it looks. My lipo looks great im way slimmer than I thought I would be. I have fluid in my mid section that I think will go down. Post op care:
The post op “list” they give you suckssss. There is nothing there that mentions what to eat after. I fet like I had so many questions that just were not greatly addressed and I know i could ask the dr. D through text but i didnt want to continue bothering him. It felt like they have been through this process so many times that the team just wasn’t sensitive to the fact that this is a major decision and procedure for someone. They could do a much better job. Other drs have a full page on there website of FAQ and what to expect. Etc
