I need to know when my butt start to become soft. I’m tired of this hard butt!!! But I am happy with my results, I just want the swelling to go down so it can adjust to my body. Comments and critics and tips for recovery are welcomed ladies !!!

I’m very wide/broad so I have hips but I have a muffin top which hides it. I believe if I got rid of most of the fat around my abdomen,back, flanks and love handle area I would achieve some of the looks I’ve listed below. I want my ass to be round and full with some more hips added as well to achieve the peach/orange shape that I desire.

This is me now at 215..... their goal for me is to be 190 by the time of my surgery,which would make my BMI a 34, but I am aiming for 180.... which would make my BMI a 31. I am open to any suggestions or advice, even critics too about what I can do to get this 35 lbs off in less that 2 months. Thank you realself sisters ??
