65 DAYS !!!!
Okay so i have exactly 65 days until my surgery idk why but i feel like something is going to go wrong :( weight wise I’m supposed to be losing and I’m gaining idk wtf to do to get this weight off I’ll be super pissed if i let it stop me from getting my surgery i need tips guys anybody have to lose weight to get their BMI down in such short time span ? Please comment , inbox idc I’m open for tips i ordered a waist trainer off amazon i started wearing today (I’ll add a picture) ... also I’m seeing some people that went to Valls saying that he recommended a tummy tuck .. sooo I’m wondering if he recommends that when you get there is there a price change ? Do you HAVE to get the tummy tuck? Etc .. anyways I’m dieting & taking phentermine I’ll update you guys as the pounds come off ( hoping they do )

To lose the weight faster I would recommend doing the juicing for 10days. Cut all carbs .No soda. I did it and I did lose 8pounds in less than 2weeks.

what juice do you drink in place or the meals ? see I’m not a big soda drinker anyways i feel like my down fall is eating out and Hennessy lol
I bought the fruit and veggie mix at wallmart. The bag cost about 12 or 13dols it can last a whole.week. They have packets you can use half of it for your breakfast juicing . Mix with almond milk... All you need doll is to replace at least of meal daily with the juice. You can do it. I did. Good luck.. you have time but start today.

I juiced before, morning and afternoon. before I left work, I had a cup of dieter tea or smooth move, I lost 15lbs in 12 days doing this. Not for surgery though. I needed to get my weight down because my hateful sister in law bought my azz a size 10 dress for her wedding.
