Still incredibly unhappy with the work Dr. Rahal did. Looking forward to my revision BBL in Miami on 2/27/21 to fix the weird body he left me with. I have removed all of my photos on here because I don't want to see them anymore. Please just trust me when I tell you to find a different doctor. His BBL work is not worth the prices he charges or going through the awful recovery process. He should stick to breasts.

A lot of people have reached out to me via private message to let me know they also didn’t like their results. I’m not responding sorry, I really don’t have anything to say as I’m very unhappy with my current situation.
I have no advice to give anyone except to say instead of private messaging me you guys can write your own reviews and put up photos.
I had to call cancel my 3 month follow up in advance because I was sick and the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to reschedule, she just said “ok!” And hung up on me. Really great post op customer service lol.

Thanks that's sweet of you to say. I started off very petite and slim with an athletic body and I gained weight for this procedure. The hips I have now are not what Dr. Rahal projected for me in the pre-surgery imaging and I'm pretty unhappy with my deflated butt results but it's nothing more money can't fix I guess.

Hello! You have a beautiful body, but I can understand your frustration of not getting the result you wanted out of this. I was going to go through with the same doctor but reading this you really had be reconsider everything. Thankyou so much for you updates They are really helpful.

No he didn't offer to fix anything for free or for a discount he just told me he could inject me with something to plump me up similar to Sculptra but I'm not interested in spending more money with him for results he simply will not deliver.

Hi! I'm sorry that you're disappointed in your results. I still think you look great! I just wanted to bring up the fact that losing the fat from the BBL transfer is always a possibility and has less to do with the surgeon and more to do with how your body reacted to the fat transfer. Theres a lot of research and articles out there about BBL fat transfer and this happening. I just wanted to bring this up because I don't want you to end up getting a second BBL and having the possibility of this happening again (bc chances are high esp if thats how it reacted the first time). Maybe consider getting implants next time around so you have to deal with the disappointment again. Good luck!

I am a well educated person and I researched thoroughly for 2+ years before I went through with this procedure. I knew the risks involved and I also know what the doctor told me he could and couldn't do. Not sure why you felt the need to reply with this two years later unless you are either him or someone in his office trying to defend him. Next time please keep your unnecessary comments to yourself.

Hello, I want to go for BBL to add more projection. 2017 was a great year and my doctor loaded me well with fat. After 4 years, I am keeping it where it belongs. I want a little sculptra, PRF and PDO threads. So what ever it takes to make you happy, go for it. I am working on a plan right now. Any help would be appreciated

That was pretty rude comment back. I thought it would be helpful to know before you wasted more money in getting a second BBL. But I’ll be mindful not to message on any of your posts or anyone who is going to take friendly advice in a negative and cynical way.

It’s been almost 3 months and I didn’t think it was possible but I’ve lost even more volume (I haven’t lost a pound I’ve actually gained weight).
My new hips are basically almost gone, my butt is down to a point where I fit in all my old XS pants and despite all of this I’m still somehow totally lopsided.
If I had known this would be my surgery results I would have never even bothered and just got lower belly liposuction and been done with it. It would have been SOOO much cheaper and a much easier recovery. It doesn’t even look like I’ve even done anything. Just a super disappointing situation for me.

No I am not asking for anything. I am almost 6 months post op now and I am in the process of finding a new surgeon to correct this.

Hi there, it is frustrating to her that you have lot your volume. Have you spoken to them to see why they say? I had a bbl in October as am currently still having new ft necrosis forming in cysts so I have lot random pets of volume which ya resulted in dips, scars and completely different colour on my bum. It’s the worst thing I did and I find it so frustrating how results are from one extreme to another. The solution they told me is to have more fat put in. But with the pain and devastating look of my bum I am not sure it’s a road I wish to go down! Xx
