BBL scheduled 2/13/19

I am scheduled to have my BBL with Dr. Rahal this Wednesday 2/13. I am usually petite (125 lbs) and I have gained 15 lbs. for this surgery.
I had a consult with two other doctors the past two years and Rahal was my pick because I felt comfortable during our meeting and I can tell he has a good eye for aesthetics.
I will be doing 360 lipo and my upper arms. I asked Dr. Rahal about my inner thighs as well but he said that would make them too thin based on the size and projection I told him I wanted my butt to be.

Good luck with everything! I also usually weigh around 127, I gained weight slowly over the past 6 months. I am now 146, the Dr. Told me I have just enough fat to be transferred. Please keep us posted, good luck, and prayers for a speedy recovery!!

How’d it go ??

It went well! Dr Rahal said he could probably photoshop my tattoos out of my before pics so if he does that I will post them. Otherwise they’re very obviously mine and I would like to maintain privacy :)

How is the pain? What areas did you have liposuction on?
February 14, 2019
It was a burning type of pain for the first few hours but now it’s super sore. I’ve set a timer for my pain pills and I’ve been managing it really well and making sure to get up and walk around every so often. I did 360 lipo so whole stomach and back and flanks and I also did upper arms which barely hurt at all.

Day 1 update

thetravelgirl
Day 1 was easier than I thought it would be. Everyone at the surgical center was really nice, the doctor marked me up and I was put under and next thing I knew I was awake and in pain in the recovery bed. I popped my pain pills and my friend took me home.

One thing I will say is LEAKAGE LEAKAGE LEAKAGE omg! I went through a 10 pack of the overnight / chux pads very quickly. Ladies make sure you have extra of those, I leaked through more than a few shirts and towels and I’m constantly using Clorox bleach wipes on my floor because I’m dripping everywhere. I’ve also been using my hair dryer to dry off the garment since I keep waking up and it’s soaking wet. The leakage has gotten better throughout the day though.

As far as my body my hips really look amazing, he rounded out the dips nicely and it’s proportionate to my body frame. I am a true hourglass now which I love. I’m not exactly sure what my butt looks like because my entire stomach area is so swollen and the compression garment has it pretty tightly packed in. Excited to continue to heal.

I just remembered I should add i am using a female urinal for peeing and it has been really helpful. A little weird at first to get used to.

I ordered a $40 mattress topper from amazon to protect my mattress and I am using dark sheets on it layered with towels and chux pads.

Also I am taking arnica and bromelian supplements because they helped my face bruising when I got rhinoplasty a few years back (so far BBL recovery is way easier than nose job believe it or not).

I will be updating with progress pics later. I didn’t take before pics because I was uncomfortable with how my body looked after I gained all the weight.
