Hi ladies! I just wanted to write a brief review not necessarily on my experience but on the feelings I’m having with my results. So to begin, I have always had a very wide butt with no projection whatsoever. I stalked RS for months before making my decision to have a bbl done. I’ve read countless of reviews and ultimately made the decision to stay local for my surgery. I came across Dr. Shifrin and I thought he would be the best doctor to perform my procedure locally. Although I never met Dr. Shifrin until the day of my surgery, I still felt comfortable because his staff was extremely nice and I felt like I was in good hands. I initially had my consultation with his associate Dr. West and that went well. We discussed what I wanted and what he thought I needed. I told him I wanted something natural looking and to be rounded out and to add projection. Fast forward to the day of surgery, I finally met Dr. Shifrin. He came in and marked me up and told me he would take care of me. Surgery went well (Thank God) and immediately when I got home and turned and looked at my butt I was disappointed. It looked very boxy and in my eyes it looked like nothing had changed. I knew from all the reviews that I had read that I was really swollen from surgery and a lot would change so I didn’t let that bother me. However I did mention to Dr. West the next day at my follow up appointment that I looked very boxy and I asked would I round out? He assured me that I’m swollen and my shape would come through when all of the swelling went down. I can only take his word for now since I’m only 1 week post op. I have a appointment this Friday to receive my garment and I will again express my concerns and hopefully I can actually meet with Dr. Shifrin. I still have hopes that they delivered and my butt will get better with time. I’ll keep updating...

Soooooo I’m noticing that my feelings about my results are up and down everyday. I went to my 1 week post op appointment today and I received my garment and let me tell you, that thing SNATCHES you all the way together. I’m currently starting to like my results but that could change tomorrow like I said. I can say one thing, I feel like Dr. Shifrin is more on the natural/conservative side when it comes to doing BBLs. My butt is definitely not huge like those Miami or D.R butts but then again that’s not what I wanted. I just think he could’ve rounded me out a little more but I’m going to wait until I pass complete judgement. I’m going to try and add pictures and I’ll keep you guys updated!!

Hi dear, I COMPLETELY agree with you. I don't think he knows how to give good projection. I'm currently 10 weeks post op and I wish he would have made me bigger which I stressed to him and I also emphasized to round me out more. Even the ladies at the clinic who had a bbl done by him suggested that I emphasize that to him. I also regret how he did my tummy tuck. That's a lot of money to spend to not be happy with my results.

:(....I’m hoping that I keep the little fat that was transferred. Have you noticed your butt getting smaller over the weeks or has it “fluffed” as they say?

It has definitely gotten much smaller. I still have more butt than I had before. But I noticed he placed the fat at the bottom of my butt and not the middle or the top. You can definitely see a difference in my clothes but still not what I asked for.

Oh he also gave me hips. I did not have any hips prior. They were huge at first but have come down as well. Still noticeable though.

Well I’m feeling great in terms of pain. I’m able to do just about everything on my own as opposed to the first couple of days after surgery. I’ve been wearing my garment 24/7 and I have a love/hate relationship with it. I have noticed that when I take it off to shower or clean it, my swelling comes back full force. I’m just so over wearing it plus my ab board and foams but I know it will aid in my good results. Dr. Shifrin definitely snatched my waist and my back looks wonderful but I’m still a little iffy about my butt. Still waiting and giving my body time to come together.
