Just like many of you on here ive been doing so much research for years. I had originally picked dr salama as my bbl dr untill i heard of the death of the women. It scared me to death and made me really nervous . My research started all over again and let me tell u ive been searching since 2011. I just had a baby in june and i was ready to do the bbl before returning to work but i found out i had to wait 6months for some drz and a year for others. Which disappointed me. I really like dr changs work from spectrum i mean really love it. But if i choose him i would have to wait a year and i cant i want this done before a wedding im attending in march. So after getting help from one of changs dolls which by the way she has been such an amazing person in helping me i found her in here then reached out thru IG and im so greatful for her. So she recommended dr dowbak, i as well fell in love with his/her work shes amazing. I think i am locking in my appt for january im so nervous but so ready to have my body back after 4 beautiful kids. Ill keep everyone posted if i lock it in.

Hey Girl we are both from Chicago I was also going to go with Salama because my sister went to him for her BBL. I did not know he had a death but I know a lot of his dolls have lipo burn and that scared me. I am going with Dowbak as well. January 9th for me.

Hey hun, this is very exciting cant wait to see your results. Yes salama has been getting bad reviews lately and it just threw me off some girl on here recently went to him showed her results and even suggested everyone on here to say away from him. Search salamas death and u can see it was a mother of 4 nd she died at the recovery house and no nurse was there to help she was found the next day. Hence why i dont trust the recovery houses anymore and i will be taking my husband and getting an air bnb

Girl wow. I’m going to look that up now so sad. Yes RH are so scary. You might find 2 great ones and 8 horrible ones. I did book for secret orchid I have had 5 ladies tell me they were great. My husband wants to come down with me. We will probably be doing the same air bnb and I’m thinking about getting Nurse Jo for the nite

She has such a kind heart and I have not heard one doll complain. She will come to you or she has what she call transition where you come to her for 12-24 hours ( don’t quote me on time for sure). Then she takes you to hotel, Airbnbz

It needed to be renewed it expired , she had 64 hrs to corrected it has been done , she is currently at Seduction Cosmetic in Miami resuming surgery on Monday November 12, 2018

Ok ladies so ive been doing more research even tho ive chosen my dr my research doesnt stop. Ive heard new plastic surgery doesnt have malpractice insurance. Also while researching this i come across a death that recently happened in New Life Plastic surgery by dr Llorento. A 30year old women died 3 days after surgery and was sent home after recovery still not being fully conscious. They r still investigating cause if death. After reading this even tho its not the dr dowbak it has me a little nervous and worried.

Girl this is so crazy that I was also thinking and looking at another surgeon as well. I did know about this young ladies death which is so very sad. This had me at the point of canceling.

I have read from a lot of dolls the way New life rushes you out after SX right away with hardly any recovery time. I also was just reading another dolls post about being Dowbaks last patient but not going in until 11:30 pm she has up to 6 patients a day. I know that she is a fantastic surgeon but these things concern me

Yes it does concern me as well... i contacted nurse jo. I just wish she can care for me the 24hrs at my air bnb.. she does that transition at her place so i might have to get her for a couple hours then or idk so confused. She is also a dowbak doll dis u know that? But this does concern me about what happened and them rushing u out so quickly. Also have been reading that a bbl is the most dangerous procedure now im thinking what if i just do a tummy tuck with breast lift then to flatten my tummy and just work out my ass to get it perky...

Yes she went to Dowbak and she looks great! It is the most dangerous due to the risk of the fat embolism it does concern me but with any elective plastic SX there is a risk. One great thing is that our doctor is a board Certified plastic surgeon.

I didn't know Dr. Dobak does 6 patients per day, had I known this before I wouldn't done my survey with her & talking to the coordinators is impossible, because after you pay your deposit, they only communicate through text mesagjng. It is impossible to speak with them and ask questions. It seem like I was an lucky lady who had her surgery done on a Saturday & it ended up bad, now I'm more unsatisfied & my problem for which I went for wasn't fix or not even improved. I'm more depressed then I was before I had the surgery. Because when I had the surgery I had the hope the fat transfer was going to at least improved my cellulitis problem, but instead it made it worst. This Even though the dr. Said I could come back for a round 2, I don't think I want to go through that horrible again, as this is very a painful surgery & it take a long time for the healing process. I had my surgery done back on 9/29/18, had several warning signs before I had my surgery, telling me not to do it & right when I land it in Miami I was so close on cancelling the surgery& coming back home immediately, but I didn't & now I have tonsuffer the consequences.
***i should have gone to my 1st choice in Colombia or Dr. Alvares in Miamia @Mia Aesthetics, I saw many girls that had it done him & look amazing...all I got to say is, Good luck to all those that don't listen on advise & go for it with Dr. Dobak.

I read that the lady that died (llorente’s patient ) had an abscess in her brain (no one knew she had it) they said this is what caused her death. It ruptured... they believe because she was under for a long time, anesthesia caused it to swell and ruptured.

But of course, maybe if they would’ve given her more time to recover things would’ve been different. Who knows! Just make sure you feel comfortable with whomever you choose as your surgeon. Good luck doll!

I was scheduled with Jolie last year and after the multiple deaths I cancelled even though I had everything paid including flight and finding out that fisher was the only board certified plastic surgeon in there. They also rush people out. The difference with dowbak from what I have read is the bedside manner AFTER surgery. I can't speak from first person as I have not met the doctor or had my surgery yet but that is what others who have, have praised her for. Most doctors don't even remember you after they got your money. As for malpractice insurance it will be almost impossible to find someone who has it down in miami, however dowbak makes the cell saver a requirement where as other doctors leave it as an option you have to pay $500 extra for. She also uses small canulla for the lipo which makes it harder to puncture something. Also keep in mind to HAVE to walk every hour after surgery to prevent blood clots which lead to fat emsolism. Post o[p care is so important. I am scheduled for 10/27 and feel so much more at ease than last year. I have been having my dreams but at least in these ones I am not dying. I am going an doming along from NYC and would love to meet someone who is going around that time as I will be staying at a RH unless we can maybe split cost with nurse jo and a airbnb

Likewise love. I was considering keylas RH until I came across facebook and a story of her getting drunk and getting physical with one of the patients and kicker her out smh. EOS seems good but the prices are crazy so I may just hire a nurse for 48 hours and try to bare the rest on my own. Keep us posted and lets keep doing our homework ;-)

@fitnessSeeker take a look at secret orchid I am booked there. I have talked to a lot of ladies that love it. Maggie is also very informative answering all questions right away. About what you said about new life I know that Dowbak is a terrific surgeon not worried about that at all. I’m worried about the disorganization in the clinic, the long wait times I hear about all the time the hidden fees it is just such a big decision as we all know I want to feel at ease. I don’t think I should be paying 5,000 and wait 3-4 for pre op or post op appointments. I see what my sister was saying now about going to a private practice. I know the wait is because she is such a terrific surgeon but also think some of it could be avoided.
