2nd round bbl reduction

I got the second round of reduction from Hughes almost 3 months ago. I initially had 800cc inserted by dr dass in Los Angeles in January of 2021. I hated it. I didn't look natural, the pictures on here are deceiving. I had my first round of reduction by Hughes in april of 2021, he removed 350 and 400. It looked better, but still awkward. In December he removed another 350 and 300 from my inferior buttocks and medial. This is an incredibly risky surgery and you need a very skilled hand. You also need he luck of healing properly. He was very careful to not promise me a perfect result. However, as of now I got just that. No skin issues, just a normal sized, regular looking body. I adore his surgeon. He is professional, articulate and very good at his job. Worth every penny.

More pics

Just wanted to add some more before and after the reduction. Again, I asked Hughes to “remove as much as possible”. Dass had originally put in 800cc, hughes took 350 and 400. Now, my butt is still big and waist small, it’s just natural. If you are considering a reduction, my advice is to go all out! You will still be left with curves! Just not the plastic surgery kind.
I am almost 2 weeks after the reduction. It took me down for maybe 5 days, and now I have to remind myself I just had surgery. I feel completely normal. I am wearing compression and not exercising for 6 weeks, but that’s the only reminder.
I added some before and after with my original body. I’m glad I got this procedure done; all my clothes look good on me now. I just wish I had been very clear with dass to add VERY LITTLE. It would have saved me 8,500$ and the pain of more surgery. I just don’t think anything above 400 looks natural, which was the original butt lift anyway.
May this be a major endorsement for Hughes. He got more patient with walking me though the science and his work is extraordinary. He’s very skilled and worth every penny.
I think Dass is also good at his job. I wasn’t left with any dents or lumps from the liposuction, and I think with more specific direction I would have ended up with a good result. However his aesthetic undirected is pretty exaggerated! If you inject fat at the top of your butt while taking the fat from the lower back, you will end up with a shelf! I don’t see how that’s avoidable. So if you go with Dass- go small! However, if I could do it again, I would have gone with Hughes from the beginning.
Ok that’s it for me. Good luck out there ladies and gents!

1 week

Hughes told me he couldn’t promise perfection but then he delivered it. I’m so freaking happy.
