BBL post silicon injection removal

I had silicon injection removal and was left with a saggy deformed butt. I decided to try a bbl to fill in the dented gaps however I learned the hard way that this was pointless. When you have silicon removed it leaves dead tissue behind and when there is dead tissue the fat does not stay. The doctor reassured me that it would work but know that I have actually done my research i realize it was a pointless surgery. The only positive is that I now have a flat belly. And a small waist although I hate that it makes my back look even wider now. I wish I would have done my arms also. If I didn't have previous complications (silicon removal) I'm sure my results would have been amazing Bc he is great at bbl, unfortunately it didn't work for my case.

Ps: i had surgery 6 months ago so before is the day before, after is at 6months.
Also, question to all previous liposuction patients. These discoloration marks on my sides/down my ribs... does this go away?! Or what can I do to remove this? Thanks!!

My hips got wider but my butt projection went back to the same, dented like it was before bc the fat did not harvest where there was no tissue left behind.
