I feel amazing. Most Lipo area still numb and bumpy. I wear my foam and my garment at night for at least 12 hours. I finally got a lymphatic drainage massage and I think it’s not worth it. It’s basically light strokes and massaging the skin. I can do that at home.
My curves are exactly what I wanted so far. Wait is 29inches and hips are 40inches.
For some reason I am eating a lot more and I need to take it easy. Don’t want to gain more weight.
I can sit for 20 minutes straight on a cushioned surface otherwise hard surfaces hurt. I drive Oth my booty pillow and a pillow on my back. I still sleep on my stomach and only sit if I really have to.

Omg you look so good! Your measurements are amazing - I hope I can get mine to look similar to yours :) What was your lymphatic drainage massage like? I'm wondering if we can just do this at home, like you said. My doctor wants to charge 5 massages for $2,000! Oiii.

Thank you, I am loving it too. Ouch that’s too pricey, I did some research on lymphatic drainage massage therapists and they all charge $100+ each time. the massage is basically trying to flatten out or open up those fluid bumbs faster. It helps you heal faster, so instead of healing on your own within 6 months, the massages help you heal within 4 months. My therapist basically did light strokes with her fingers in a circle on my tummy and front and back light pressure. You’re not suppose to put lots of pressure because the tissue is still very scared and don’t want to make it worse at least that’s what my doctor and massage therapist told me. I’ll believe them lol. I saw many people pretend to be therapists and they are very rough with the Lipo areas. you can definitely do his at home. get done massage out or e oil or bio oil nd massage nightly by creating strokes towards the heart.

Okay good to know! Thank you for that. I think I found a diagram that helps show how to give a lymphatic drainage massage so I’ll give it a try before I invest :) thank you!

smart move. good luck. also except lots of itching to occupy after 3 weeks that seemed to be a normal effect post bbl.

You didn’t do Any Lymphatic massages after your sx for draining ?
March 30, 2018
no. the doctor told me to wait at least 3 weeks before messing with my skin and tissue.

Really Have you been having a lot of pocket fluid because I heard it’s very painful if you don’t do massages after Lipo
April 2, 2018
not too many. but it’s definitely not smooth yet. the doctor said I got to give it at least 4 months to see some permanent results. it’s also sill very numb around the Lipo area.

Thanks! What’s your height and how much did you weigh going into sx?
March 16, 2018
I am 5.7 and weighted 162 before surgery and after surgery I weight 172 I think from all the fluid.

2 weeks post op.

2 weeks post op. Feeling great. I can move and walk easily. I just can’t bend down because of the Lipo. I still wear my garment and only take it before I shower nightly. Stitches are very itchy so I put a band aid on them. My butt and hips look amazing and my stomach is flat.

You are looking good! Loving your results. I had never heard of your doctor before but he did a good job. I hope your recovery continues to go well. Do you have any before pics you can share?
March 16, 2018

You welcome! Glad to hear you’re feeling better. That’s understandable because we had word of mouth before social media. Does he use drains of any sort? Thank you so much!
March 16, 2018
ye exactly. I had 2 friends that went to him for Lipo and they were happy. h do not use drain. he said my body will discard lol the fluid and blood through urine and he recommended to drink lots of water to speed up the fluid reduction. I asked him about lymphatic drainage massage he said wait at least a month before doing anyhing because my tissue was already scarred by it not recommended this early. IDK how people get their drainage massages 2 days post op.
