How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

1 year post op
My advice… Pick an experienced board certified plastic surgeon. My results aren’t great and unfortunately I need a revision.
Pre-op: The office is a cattle call, you literally can’t find a seat. The nurses were pleasant enough and tried to be accommodating, but waiting over an hour for your appointment is frustrating. Once in with doc he upsold me several lipo areas. Some he didn’t even touch during the procedure. He definitely over promised what he could achieve.
Day of surgery: scheduled at 3:30pm, it was a long day with no food or water. The anesthesiologist was very odd and had no beside manner. I mentioned that needles make me nervous, she then told me to stare at her putting in my IV. She made me very uncomfortable right before a I was going to under. I was shaky by the time doc got to me at 4:30ish.
Day after: I was very sick from the meds and text the emergency number they gave me for help with never received a response. I vomited all night. Once I was doc in the morning he took me off the pain meds and I felt much better.
Post op: recovery was tough.I got a seroma and he decided not to numb the area and stab me with a huge needle to drain it. I went into a full blown panic attack. But he had me keep standing, feeling faint and sweating, to hurry to get the fluid out… because his waiting room was packed.
Unfortunately, I wish I would have chosen a board certified surgeon that I didn’t feel so rushed with.

Feeling discouraged
This process is tough and I’m sadly not seeing the results I was hoping for.
I look the same and and the Lipo areas are rock hard right now. I’m still early in recovery so I’m praying that my bod transforms.
