1 year post op update!

Hi ladiessssss!
So this my 1 year post op! Well it’s next week, but I decided to take pictures right now lol. So I am currently 145 lbs now, waist 28 and hips 42. Overall I am still very happy with my results. However, I feel like my Hips are not symmetrical. It could be because I’m a side sleeper, but I didn’t start sleeping on my side till month 4/5. I slept on my stomach for soooo long, just in case. And I didn’t sit on my butt for like 3 months, I just used my bbl pillow.
Though my butt is still pretty much the same inches, I seriously think it went down lol. I lost a few pounds from being on keto. I think a few months back I started gaining some pounds and it was going right to my belly, so I got on keto. I think my ass started getting smaller then too and I began going to the gym to do heavy weights. So keep in mind, just cause they take fat out of one area, doesn’t mean it will not grow the current fat that is still in there.
Overall, I am very happy and would do around 2 after I pop some kids out lol. Dr. Dass did an amazing job, there was no complications nor did I ever feel nervous or scared. Seeing my results now, I definitely would ask to go as big as he can (keep in mind that he does more natural looks) and I would not have done my arm lippo. I do not see any change in my arms and I would have rather him take more fat from my belly to put in my hips.
PS i still hav discoloration on my rib area and my scars are still pretty visible. This can be due to my skin color, since I’ve met a few other girls who went to Dass and had none of these issues.
Hope this helps! Good luck on your journey and may your doctor bless you with a big ol’ booty!

BBL - Lipo 360 + Arms --- I Was 162 5'2

I first came across Dr. Dass when I saw a YouTuber do another procedure with him. I did my research with a lot of doctors and did a few consultations. At the end of it all, Dr. Dass was the one who made me feel the most comfortable and was very knowledgeable. My consultation was right when COVID started and it was virtually, also because I am from Northern California. I was originally going to wait till the fall but this was the best time for me since I am working from home now and could take a week off for surgery and then recover for the falling weeks while working from home.
The staff were really friendly and definitely made me feel very comfortable. I was able to bring my friend in with me in my pre op appointment and post op appointment. They just needed to take our temperature before going in and wear a mask, of course.
During my pre op appointment, they took my measurements and took like every angle possible of my body lol. After, Dass came in and discuss the procedure and what he can do for me. I kinda didn't like how he didn't ask me at all what my goals were or what my ideal results would be. During the Youtube video I saw with him and the influencer, his attitude and tone was a lot more friendly. That is probably how all cometic surgeons are, but I just feel like since we are spending all this money, they were treat us like they treat those influencers lol. However, it wasn't so terrible. The staff were so friendly and made conversations with me.
The craziest part was that my COVID results did not come in on time, so they rescheduled me to that Friday. I was very concern because I thought it would be crazy to drive 5 hours home after a major surgery. There was no way I would have stayed longer since the person who went with me had work the next day. Dass and the staff members reinsured me that many girls have driven home right after. And it wasn't bad at all. I slept the whole way home and felt no pain. I did get to stop twice to walk around and I did not have to use the restroom throughout the ride home. Once I got home, I took more meds and slept most of the time.
I am a very dramatic and sensitive person, and I can promise you, I felt no pain. I was just very uncomfortable with sleeping on my stomach and not being able to poop for the first 5 days. Make sure to take the stool softener when instructed. I waited a day because I was scared I was going to need to go on the drive home. After the 5th day, I was finally feeling like myself.
A staff member called me twice within the first 5 days. I drove back a week later for my post op. It literally only took like 15 mins, so I wish he would have just told me we could have done it virtually. During my post op, he give me my 2nd stage faja, a scar treatment, and looked at my scars.
I wore my 1 faja for 2 weeks and the other one for 6 weeks. I didn't like the 2nd one too much because it does not have a zipper and you have to wiggy yourself in there. I ordered another faja from a company from Columbia and it gives way better compression.
I wore my faja all the time. I literally only took it off when I showered and washed the faja. The only pain I get now is the feeling that my muscles and skin is pulling from each other. I saw a lot videos that said that was normal. I also have a lot of discoloration on my ribs and back. Dass stated that would take a few months to heal and go away. Dass does not recommend massages but I still went 3 times 2 weeks after my surgery. It helped so much with getting rid of the lumps and making my skin less tight.
I am currently about 8 weeks post OP now. Overall, I am happy with my results and my experience. I only gave him 4 stars because I wish it was a little bit bigger but he did listen to what I said (which was natural and not too dramatic). I feel like I wanted to make sure to say that because I was scared it was going to be too big but now I wish it was a little bit bigger. However, everyone tells me how much they like it because its natural and my waist and hip ration go very well. I did see another girl's results from him on instagram and she stated she wanted natural but noticeable and her results are a lot bigger.
I would still choose him over the other doctors even if he is more expensive because I do have some anxiety, especially when it comes to surgery, but Dass and the staff members were so professional, had a nice and clean facility, and made me feel SO comfortable. They explained everything so well and made sure I understood everything.
P.S the BBL community is AMAZING! There are so many girls I reached out to and connected about their experiences. They were all so supportive and positive. I do not know anyone personally who has had a BBL so it was nice to talk to other girls about it. One girl who lived an hour away from me gave me her extra post op things. I still have some things, so I would like to pay it forward, and send my extra things to whoever needs it. Feel free to message me if you have any questions! :)
