10 months post surgery
WORTH IT$10,000
Wanted to post an update since it’s been almost a year since the surgery. Overall, results still look great! There is definitely some areas in which volume loss has occurred and the skin has gotten a bit looser on my lower stomach where a lot of fat was previously.
The biggest tips I can give are maintain - try to keep working out and eating healthily. The fat can definitely come back with an unhealthy diet. Also, right after surgery I was freaking out thinking I’d gone too big, but as time goes on the fat settles and I would even go back for more in the future. Good luck everyone!

4 months in - still happy
Thanks everyone for your comments and DMs. It’s been 4 months since my surgery with Dr. Okoro so I wanted to provide an update. Everything is still looking good! As expected, things have settled a bit more into a more natural state, but I am overall very happy with the result — which has been life changing!
I can’t reiterate enough how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep working out. You spend so much to look this good — keep up the work! See pics for the latest and feel free to comment or DM me If you have any questions.
Good luck to everyone who is considering or has an upcoming surgery!

you look perfect! one of the best results I've ever seen :)
Thank you so much!
I concur!!!!!! Wow Dr. Okoro rocks. He's doing my surgery on 09-21. You and other patients of his are the reason I decided to do round 2 with him, not only the before and afters but the bedside manners did it for me. I should have gone with him the first time. Girl I know your confidence has gone through the roof, not that I'm saying it wasn't before but girllllllll I'm just saying! I'm hoping for results like yours. I'm so excited!!!!!!!
Hi Jen this is probably the best bbl I've seen . Do you know how many cc he injected?
Hello... I’m following you due to getting ready to schedule. Can you share with me things you “wish” you would hv done
Also ... May I ask how many cc’s were used? And at what week did you start back working out?
What were your measurements and weight before? I'm very slim like you.

8 weeks post op!
Finally in the nearly recovered phase! Butt is definitely fluffing and looks great. I will say i am starting to itch on the sides of my waist where the lipo was most aggressive. I know is a sign of the nerves waking up, but it’s definitely annoying.
Hoping the shape stays this way, but I’ll post another update at 3 months. Couldn’t be happier with the results and experience with Dr Okoro and team.

Looking great happy healing
hi! in your quoted price of $10,000, did that include the lymphatic massages? Also, approx how many did you get? You look amazing by the way!
It came wirh one lyphatic massage. I got a few more and used a tennis ball and was fine!
You look so good. He really got a lot of fat considering how petite you were originally. Did you feel like the smoothshapes massages were enough or did you need additional ones?
Thank you! I got 4 total massages and did my own with a tennis ball and was good to go
Wow...you look great. I’m three weeks post op. I’ll post at 6 weeks. I’m still very sore from my 360 Lipo
Holy healing! It took me about 5 weeks to feel somewhat normal again.
Happy**
How tall are you and what was your pre op weight ?
