5 weeks post op

hey guys! so ive just been taking my time to recover and I can say I’m 80% fully healed. Still have some labial swelling as wel as my abdomen is still a bit swollen. when i take off my faja i swell up like a balloon and it gets super uncomforrable! my incisions are still slowly healing, but they only sting every now and then, as well ascertain parts of my abdomen and my back will sting like a sharp pain for a few seconds every now an then, but I guess its all par of the healing process. I wear my ab board every now and then and a waist trainer on top of myfaja to sinch in my waist more and help with swelling. I weighed 163 pre op and I am now at 151. Dr. D told me to not try losing anymore weight not sure why. I started sitting after 4 weeks, and it doesnt hurt at all. just my incisions will sting if i sit on a hard surfac or sit for too long. My butt was 44 in. in the beginning and now its down to 41, which im still super happy with since my butt used to measure 30 in. ( I had no butt whatsoever.) my waist is 29 in. (used to be 37) and my bust is 34 in. Definitely want to go for a round 2 and a tummy tuck in the future. Inam definitely super happy wi my results!

Well, I did it and I couldn’t be happier! I was treated so well by the nurses, Paul was so nice and there was another nurse who I didn’t catch her name but she is dark skinned with straight short hair and ahe was super helpful and supportive as well! the anastheseologist was so helpful and put me out like a light! I went into the office at 7 AM and I was in the O.R. by 8. Dr. Delvecchio, the star of the show, was so nice to me and was telling me I was going to look great, which I really do! I finally have hips! The pain is moderate, like a 5 out of 10, and mostly cause of the soreness, but Im not in amy excruciating pain and I was easily able to get up and leave as soon as I woke up. Haven’t taken the oxycodone yet, but people do say day 2 is the worst so we’ll see if the pain progresses! I am leaking A LOT of fluid, Im just drinking lots of water and tea and gatorade and having good balanced meals. I dont feel any nausea, I was a little dizzy though when the anasthesia was wearing off, which I expect to happen. Im super happy so far, and I’m taking every precaution to take care of this butt to the best of my capability! Im super swollen and bruised all over, including my side boobs and the front chest/boob area. I cant wait to change out of my faja, I haven’t taken off the faja to look at all (cause im so sore and tender) but I think I have some kind of foam or gaise in the front thats absorbed a lot of the fluid and it just feels so gross and heavy! Any questions pkease dont be shy! Thank you Dr. D you and your team are the best! I couldn’t have felt more at ease for a surgery that I was so nervous about.
