WORTH IT$6,500
My last post for awhile. I healed 100% and I have no complaints about my body. I was getting cystic acne on my lower back where I had lipo but that has went away. I’ve been using neutrogena body wash and it seems to have done the trick along with time. Put this collage together just so you can see how much it changed my body. Best $6500 I’ve spent.

Weight loss
I’m almost 5 months post op and decided to start dieting and waist training. I’ve lost 12 pounds over the last 2-3 months and started waist training about a week ago. I was skeptical about dieting because I don’t want to lose my butt. I’ve been measuring and my butt and waist have both been going down about evenly. Stomach went from 31” to 28 and my butt/hips went from 45.5” to 43”. I’m still very happy and trying to lose maybe 5 more lbs so I can get to the 150’s.

I quit drinking creamer and sugar in my coffee so I just drink it black and quit drinking pop. The rest of the day I drink water and I started buying a ton of fresh fruit so every time I want a snack I eat watermelon or something instead of chips.

According to Dr. Fisher this should be my final results and that all the fat that will leave has already left. Booty is completely soft and pain free. I do still have swelling in my lower back and stomach but it’s gone down. I’m still very pleased. Excuse my hair, this quarantine has me not maintaining like I should be.
