Stay away from this damn place!

Scheduled my surgery with doctor William since 2020 February on his $4500 dollars special, I was originally scheduled for April 2020 but because of COVID 19 everything were getting canceled so they canceled me fast forward I got a new date for February 23 2021 . I was so excited had everything planned . Recovery homes, massages everything , got to 305 day of preOp Feb 22 , I was told to pay all $50 for COVID test because I won't be able to see William without one, mind you I already took it but they wanted that 50 so bad so I paid, waited hours to see William For FIVE MINUTES, he came in barely said hi to me told me to undress soon as I did he told me he I needed a tummy tuck I told him I do not want a tummy tuck I paid for BBL Lipo 360 , he then went on to saying he can't do my BBL because he feel like I won't get a good result and he don't want to so I should talk to his assistant Claudia to give me a refund or reschedule me for a tummy tuck , didn't give me a chance to talk, so I said cool ima just get a refund and go to Dr Nassif because I already had a deposit there . Got to Claudia office, she tried to talk me into going with dr rameriz of whatever his name is I told her no because I didn't know anything about him I didn't do any research on him for the past one and a half year I've only focus on dr William because I loved his work his OG line etc. anywho I told Claudia I didn't want another doctor at 305 that I wanted my refund she then told me oh I can't give you a refund the refund department have to give you , so I asked to go to the refund department she then went on to telling how I have to contact them thru Emil blah blah blah I was irritated and crying I called my recovery house nurse to come get me explained to her what happened, fast forward to this day I have not yet received my refund 305 have blocked my number Claudia blocked my number when I call or text her it tells her she blocked me. I've wrote dr William on Instagram he'll read my messages most days and not reply some days if he do decide to reply all he says is my coordinators will contact you and nobody ever does, I am so frustrated and mad because they are all playing ass out of me for my hard earned money. I worked my ass off for mines so I don't understand why they are refusing to refund my money. I contacted the refund department they told me it'll take 8-10 days since March still nothing the refund department wiped responding to my messages I made a new Instagram wrote 305 they wrote back soon I told them who I was they stoped replying this place is a #HORRORZONE #THEYDONECAREABOUTREGULARPEOPLE #DRWILLIAM #305PlAsticsurgerywillnoteatmymoney #INEEDMYMONEY

So I was finally able to get a date for February 23rd, the communication is still horrible. I have booked my recovery home and got my plane ticket, got cleared for surgery yesterday by my doctor. I am going to be in Miami from the 21st to the 27th. Praying everything goes well.

Hello everybody , this isn't really a review. Ok ask I was originally scheduled with Dr William for April 8th 2020 but due to the pandemic it got canceled . I am ready to have my surgery. It is fully paid for now I can't get a date, I can't get anybody to contact me back from 305 my coordinator stopped replying me. I called two days ago they told me my coordinator was going to call me back in an hr she never did. And I've yet to hear back from anyone . I am feeling so frustrated. Idk how or what to feel. HELP!!!!!
