Yup it’s so comfy now I wear it when I can’t stand the stage 2 faja anymore. I wear compression 24 hours per day.

It’s just extremely tight and offers a lot more compression than the garment he puts you in so my body isn’t used to it (see pic I posted of the stage 2 faja) the garment he puts u in after the surgery is a little stronger than spanx it’s very comfy

I got my BBL last Saturday however I’m not sure if I’m happy with it. Was you happy right away or did it take 3 weeks for some of the swelling and bruising to go down.

Ots definitely takes a couple weeks for the swelling and bruising to go down. My butt was huge when i got out of surgery. It went down tremendously bu week 3 and has stayed consistent at 45 inches around my hips. I am super happy with my results but i also had two babies so I feel like anything was better then what my body was before... post some pic would love to see your results

How long has it been since your surgery and are you able to post recent pictures. I’m actually starting to love my shape now that the swelling is going down but I don’t want my butt to go down anymore.

Hi guys!! I hope your all recovering nicely. I’m back in nyc. I haven’t had any infections, lipo burns, excessive scarring etc. The doctor did a really good job and I’m happy I chose him. A few things I want to highlight here. Massages are so insanely important and choosing your center is just as important as choosing your surgeon. In Miami I went to Karen and Julie of kg body solutions which is associated to his office . At first I doubted them simply because I felt it was another way for his office to profit. NO! I would have NEVER made it through emotionally or physically if it weren’t for those ladies. Any lump Or excess fluid I had after surgery is gone because of them. If you want good results schedule your massages for the second day of your surgery and do at least ten. I did one per day and it’s the only way to go. I have no fibrosis or infection or lumps. My biggest regret is that I didn’t stay in Miami longer to do more massages. I came back to nyc and the massage options here are disgusting I have had terrible unsafe unsanitary experiences. I finally found one place that comes close to Karen in Miami but still not the same. I’m going back to the doctor in July for my three month follow up and I scheduled another five massages with Karen. If you don’t do this your ab etching marks will close which started to happen to me in nyc since I couldn’t get a good massage in four days. Also I have been very disciplined with not sitting. I stood on the flight 80% of the time and I do not sit ever. Not on the toilet not in a restaurant not in the car. I’m doing whatever I can to avoid killing fat cells for the first month at least. Get ready to be veryyyyyy uncomfortable for a while lol. Let me know what you think of my new pics. Booty went down but I hear it fluffs up again.

I was going to but everytime I spoke to a diff office member they gave me such different responses in regards to the results of j plasma that I opted out. I’m only 26 and I never had kids no my skin is tight. If you have good skin elasticity I would opt out. It hasn’t been out for that long yet. Spend that money on your post op for daily massages which makes a huge impact on how your skin sticks back to your fat and how the lipo settles.

I just asked the office to release them to me but I have to sign docs in order for them to do so. Once I get them I will post. I was very straight no hips at all actually indented and no hourglass figure at all.

I like the boppy pillow when your obligated to sit as the bbl pillow cuts off your circulation after ten mins. Don’t be afraid to tell your Uber’s that you need to be on your knees or stomach. Do whatever you can to keep pressure off your butt. I also like the pregnancy pillow but honestly I am never really comfortable. I haven’t slept well since my surgery unless I take pain meds which I have now totally stopped. Be prepared for shorter naps and sore nights. As I write this I’m lying down with pillows stuffed under me and my neck and tailbone sore as heck! I would be lying if I said otherwise lol

I gave him an entire presentation of pics which we reviewed very quickly as he marked me up before surgery. Remember he’s limited to a four liter limit. I made the mistake of saying “don’t go to big” you will never be too big with the liter limit as half of it disappears with the swelling. I wanted a very extreme hourglass shape but I didn’t have a lot of fat to begin with I was about 140 at time of surgery and 5’3 height. I had extrafat in my arms but I knew if I didn’t have my torso I would need my arms to function .

No they don’t but this other girl Christine does I found her on ig and she’s also licensed but nobody comes close to kg massages I just kneeled backwards in the Uber and Hugged the headrest less than ten mins away it was worth it. Idk what you had done or your condition so idk what price you would pay but I paid about 100-120 per massage but they were very long and it was the only thing that gave me relief and results I would do another ten if I could I left too soon

Hry, i also live in NY and am a fashion designer. I want to do mine with mendieta as well. Hes amazing from everything I've seen. Can you recommend a good massage place for post care in NY? Did you find a good one i heard La Real Spa is good? Not sure if you tried them yet or not please lmk
