Like most of you, I've been on this site forever reviewing different doctors from the Dominican Republic all the way to California and decided to go with Dr. Ghurani in Miami. He is a board certified plastic surgeon and his results are beautiful and natural looking which is what I'm looking for. I am 5'3, 27 years old with 3 children and my weight fluctuates from 130-136lbs. What I'm hoping to get out of this journey is HIPS and a slimmer waist of course. I'll be sure to update all of you. Here to update you guys on my journey! I went in to surgery around 8:30am this morning and was done by 1pm. I woke laying on my stomach and was super shaky but the nurses had put a blanket over me which was nice. To be honest with you guys the lipo on my back and stomach felt as if someone burned me with a curling iron, the worst pain I’ve even been in and mind you I’ve been thru child birth 3 times. I took my pain killer so I feel way better now. I am in looooove with my results Dr. Ghurani really did his thing on me. Before I was straight up and down with no hips at all and little gut. I couldn’t believe how much he was able to transform my body and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about getting this surgery done.

Thank you! No I don't Dr. Ghurani doesn't like them which I'm actually super happy about. The drains look painful

Yes so much better , i noticed some women have them and some dont. Also will you be doing massages? Same with that, on forums i see doctors mention that its bad and others do recommend it. Thank you for replying, I appreciate it :)

I have been doing massages and they help so much with recovery. You feel very stiff after so the massages helped a lot. I've gotten 6 so far and I had surgery on the 23rd of this month

You and I are about the same size!! From the pics you posted you look amazing. I hope your results kept getting better and better.
