I'm curious to know how much volume.have you lost since day 1? I see you are 2 months ow and I'm barely 9 and can tell the swelling is going down so that means so.is my butt lol I didn't want a big booty just lifted and plumper but im afraid it will be gone in 2 months lol
I never really lost “volume” per se but my butt did go down a couple inches around once the swelling went down. Which is to be expected. The garment didn’t fit as tight as before so I knew my swelling was subsiding. Also, as your waist swelling goes down, the plumper your booty will look too! Be diligent on not putting pressure/sitting. You want all that fat to survive!
How long did you go before sitting on it without a booty buddy? I've been using my chair since day 2 hope that didn't mess anything
I was SUPER anal about sitting. I didnt sit directly on it (without my pillow)until he told me it was ok which was at week 6. I started using my pillow to drive after 1 week. If I could have had a valet drive me to work and back so I could lay on my stomach I would have! Lol I was serious. I’m sure that helped that I was so diligent.
Thanks for replying back :) your results are great
I'm considering Dr Franco for my BBL! Your results look great... thanks for sharing.
I see you have scrubs on in this pic, do you work at a hospital? I'm wondering bc I do and I work 12 hours shifts. Just seeing if it's
Manageable after surgery

Before/After
My results are very natural. I’m very happy. I have prominent hip dips that are still there after (which he did tell me was a possibility). I don’t have many before pics because I rarely took pictures below the waist because of my lack of booty!

Thank you for posting new pics! Yes your look, looks very natural! He did a great job! Looks like you’re healing really well! I can’t wait for mine! Did he transfer fat into your hips?
He transferred a little to my hips to give me more of an hourglass shape. He transferred as much fat as he could until it couldn’t fit any more. I will most likely go back for a revision just because I love it so much I want a little more! Trust him. He knows exactly what he is doing. I’m so excited for you!
Omg yes!! He was the only one I consulted and I knew I could trust him! I did think about going to Miami but I really like dr Franco. Did you start getting the lymphatic massages yet? Also, did the faja that they give you fits good??
Well he worked in Miami!! I’ve researched for years and it sounds dumb but as soon as I came across him I felt calm. That was just the website. I loved him when I met him. I got one lymphatic massage but I just do them at home. I definitely did see the benefit though. It helps move fluid out. Yes the faja fits well. Keep in mind post surgery you’ll have a pad on lol I literally peed on myself with my first pee. There’s a hole where you can do your business and not take it off. Hand wash it daily because you’ll drain and can easily catch an infection if not very meticulous.
Yeah I have a bbl list of items to get and I have the under wear pads and doggy pads so the fluid that drains out do not ruin the bed sheets. I am staying in a air bnb for the first few days. I live in Killeen so not too far but do not want to go back and forth. What recovery items did Dr Franco give you for recovery?? Sorry for all the questions. I have my pre-op on 12/11
He gave a lot of necessary prescriptions for pre and post op. Pain meds, anti nausea, med for vertigo (dizziness), nerve pain etc. i used the “go girl” for urinating initially but then just started straddling the toilet backwards for both numbers. (People never talk about pooping!) make sure you have help that first week. I’m ridiculously independent and I had a hard time having people do things for me but you just can’t do much of anything that first week. I bounce back easily w surgeries but this one surprised me. Your body goes through a lot of trauma and needs to just rest after.
