Surgery was Wednesday. Im very sore but im ok! Stayed at Dani's RH in Miami for 2 days and thank God I did! I fainted after peeing the first night. Thank God they were with me in the bathroom. I highly recommend them! Great house and great care. As for the surgery; I got there about 6:10am. I was scheduled to be the second case. I went in, did before photos, took pregnancy and drug tests then vitals. I waited about 30 mins and then Dr. Fisher came. I had met him previously when he did my sister's Bbl 3 years ago. He literally burst into the room in a fun way! He has a really great personality and makes you feel comfortable. We chatted about life and he showed me pics of his family in their pirate Halloween Costumes. He then got to business and took more pics and marked me up. He told me all about what to expect during recovery and he mentioned to not compare mine to my sister because everyone is different. He also mentioned the fainting and that it is a normal reaction after surgery and to not freak out and call 911. He asked what look I was going for and I told him natural and not like Kim K. He laughed and said "ok so Miami natural". I said yes! I didn't bother with any wish pics because I feel that most of them are unrealistic. He said that I am a good weight for the surgery (149lbs) but that I would look even better if I lost weight after which I definitely plan to. My goal is 135lbs which is where I was before my last baby. He said I was smart to stay at a recovery house. He also was happy I was getting Cell Saver and said it will help in my recovery. He also said in a few months he will require all his patients to get Cell Saver. He spent about 30 mins with me then off he went. A while later the anesthesiologist came in and stated that it would be another 25 mins before they take me back to get started. I said another prayer and waited. The next thing I know they came for me about 9:30am and I was in the surgery room getting my iv started. Within 5 mins I was out! I woke up in recovery freezing cold with a heat blanket on at about 1:45pm. Then someone came with a wheelchair, placed me to sit on a bbl pillow and wheeled me out to my sister and Dani from my recovery house. They helped me in the back of Dani's van then off I went. I am back home now and doing great! I really think the Cell Saver helped because I have been showering and doing things on my own since day 2. My sister who did not have it was pretty much bed bound for 8 days. I am very happy with my results. He snatched my waist and my butt is not too big. I know most girls want a huge butt, however I did not. I am glad that I made it through this. I have had 4 massages so far and have another 8 scheduled. They hurt but it necessary for proper healing and even skin.
