The exceptional care that I received from Dr. Bray and his team exceeded my expectations! From the moment I had my first virtual appointment to the day of surgery and even my 3 week post-op follow up, I have had overwhelmingly positive interactions.
Dr. Bray was so kind and helped me set some realistic expectations for what a surgical outcome could look like for me. He was kind and compassionate and his work speaks for itself (which is why I chose him after months of research). I am currently 4 weeks post-op and am LOVING my results so far.
Dr. Bray has absolutely changed my life, his team is INCREDIBLE (shout out to Diane and Rachel who were the best night team I could have asked for!) and my only regret is not doing this sooner!
For reference, I'm 32, 5'4, and 210lbs going into surgery. I'll be sure to add more photos as I continue to recover.

6 week later and I’m still experiencing swelling (which is super normal, but nonetheless annoying) and sensitivity in my abdomen.
Still wearing my faja and foam day and night and still not sitting except when absolutely necessary (lol going to the toilet).
Swelling in my butt has subsided a bit and it’s not as firm as it was just a few weeks before (as expected) so I think the fat and my skin are starting to settle in.
I started light activity but I’m too afraid to do any fully blown exercise yet.
*Also, just walking up the street helped me SO much in the first few weeks.

Did you try lymphatic drainage Massages to help with the swelling?

Got the green light from Dr. Bray to resume regular activities. So excited to get back in the gym.
Super happy with my results so far! Posting a few before and after pics for context. I’ll post my official ones from Dr Bray once I receive them.
