BBL Dominican Republic March 19th Dr Gustavo Almanzar

I’ve decided to stay at Opulence RH. It was in my top two, along with Rocio Ortega, but that quickly became a top 4 with the addition of Serenity and DR Recovery. I’ve read many positive reviews of both RO and Opulence and as stated previously, I really liked the fact that RO has a doctor and Opulence has John, the masseuse I wanted. Serenity and DR Recovery came into the picture after seeing reviews on the recoveryhousereviews insta page and visiting their own pages and websites. I liked the fact that DR Recovery has slightly cheaper rates and the double rooms appear to have two recliners. Also, their website mentions that 2 free massages are included with your stay. In regards to Serenity, it would’ve also been cost effective as I’m staying 17 nights and they offer sx night free as well as 14th night free. Their massages are cheaper when purchasing as a package of 5 for $100 (or 10 for $200) effectively saving $5 per massage, but I’ve never heard of their masseuse Zara and she doesn’t have an IG page either.
Anyway, Jenny from Opulence personally rang me to find out if I had any questions or concerns and we had a lengthy chat. I asked a million questions, many of which were unrelated to the RH and she was comfortable answering them all. The conversation really flowed and I actually felt like I was speaking to an old friend. She took onboard all of my concerns regarding surgery and even offered to take me around to the mall and to visit other surgeons Just incase I wanted to see the clinics and doctors face to face before spending so much money. I was impressed by her friendly yet professional demeanour and I’m really satisfied with my choice so far.

I’m torn between the two recovery houses. I like the fact that Rocio Ortega has a doctor there because it gives me that little extra peace of mind. In terms of Opulence, they have recently hired the masseuse I want. I’ve been stalking j_masajes insta for months now and I’ve heard such good reviews that I’m confident he would be beneficial to my recovery. As a bonus, his prices have been discounted for Opulence dolls. I’ve heard that Rocio doesn’t allow outside massage therapists and I’ve never heard of the two people who work with them, Fem and Kathy. Sx dolls I NEED YOUR HELP ????

I’ve been on real self for a while now and hugely appreciate the motivation I’ve gained from the sx family here. At first, I considered going to Turkey for my BBL as I know a lot of Brits do, but I wasn’t completely happy with the results I’ve seen. Don’t get me wrong, you babes look fab, but I just think the DR does a slightly better job. I was afraid of traveling to the DR for surgery because of all the negative media around it, but after a bit of of pep talk from my cousin, who also had some lipo done there, I felt sure I was making the right decision. I pretty much chose my surgeon based on the safety aspect, I couldn’t find any news of complications etc.. (although I am aware that it’s not always the doctor’s fault). Personally I think Cabral dolls have the most bangin’ bodies, but I’m not prepared to take the risk with all the complications his dolls have had. Anyway, my sx date is a month away, March 19th and I’m super excited. I’m a bit disappointed that I’ll be going alone, but oh well. Initially i wanted to rent an Airbnb with my cousin and hire a nurse, but being alone has made me decide to go to a RH instead. I’ve started buying some items for my trip and have received the list of vitamins I need to start taking to prepare my body. I’m aware there aren’t loads of reviews for Dr Almanzar here on RS so feel free to leave me a comment if you’d like me to continue documenting my journey xx
