My BBL + Butt Implants Journey As a EU Transwoman
WORTH IT
I can’t explain how happy I am. It’s only a few weeks out of surgery and I’m probably still swollen, BUT, I’M SO HAPPYYYY!!!!
As a male-to-female transgender woman I always struggled with my body. I felt it was too masculine and it caused me a lot of depression with gender dysphoria.
I did YEARS of research. Shall I do risky silicone injections and hope everything turns out fine(because all transwomen around me were doing that even though I saw many having complications)? Shall I get a BBL only? Shall I go for implants only? Shall I just suck it up and live with what I’ve got? These questions were running through my mind for years.
After putting all these thoughts on halt, one day, I met a fellow translady. She had beautiful hips and ass. I thought, oh, that must be silicone injections.. I asked her where she’d been to and she said Aslani. That’s when I started doing a lot of research on Cirumed/Aslani and decided to go for it(even though there are almost no reviews on transwomen doing this).
Getting in contact with them went smooth and my coordinator Jenny was such a sweetheart. She prepared me for everything and gave me all the information I needed. I made sure I had my blood tests, bought all the right soaps, supplements, transport services and booked a nearby apartment not too far from the clinic.
When I arrived I met all the staff and I felt so welcomed. They were all really kind and made me feel like I was in good hands(which I definitely was). Aslani was busy that day but when I finally met him we had a long talk. He was really funny, haha, he made me laugh a lot. I’m glad he took the time after letting me wait a bit and he reassured me, but also made sure I had realistic expectations(which I had).
The day of the surgery I was so excited and couldn’t wait to get it all over with. Everything went fast and before I knew it I was already awake. When I woke up I had no pain at all and I started moving right away(which annoyed the nurses, haha). I had a good night of rest before I was brought to my apartment.
The day after surgery I had no pain either but they kept telling me that would come later. And boy were they right. Week 1 was TERRIBLE. I felt like I did 1 million squads and was hit by a bus. I had to take so many meds which made me feel even worse. That combined with being alone. I didn’t bring anyone with me and I would advice anyone to NOT make the same mistake. You definitely need someone so I hired a nurse to help me out.
I’m glad I had Hugo(the clinic’s driver) to bring me everywhere I needed to be and he was really kind as well. I had two appointments with massages and that was so relaxing for my bruised up body. The man that does massages was also really nice, lol(who wasn’t?).
When I saw my new body for the first time(without garments) I was in SHOCK. Girl, THOSE HIPS AND THAT ASS?!?!? Woah, I felt like a celeb right away, haha. When it was time to leave Spain I felt so sad because they gifted me with this new beautiful body.
When I arrived back home at week 2 I was still in pain but luckily not that much as week 1. I’m glad they let me stand in the plane because sitting on the BBL pillow they gave sucks. Aslani said the hips would shrink a bit because of swelling but I gained some weight and feel like everything grew even bigger, LOL.
My overall experience was really good and I’m really happy the way my body turned out. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I can’t thank Alexander Aslani enough. He’s a pro.
I hope this review will help transwomen that are in the same situation as me and don’t want to potentially ruin their body with toxic silicone injections or other black market stuff. It is possible to achieve a feminine body while doing it the safe way. Just make sure you got some fat on you to transfer and maybe opt for butt implants if you’re on the skinny side(so that the fat you do have, can be used for your hips).

Extra information
Some extra details here. I had 330 CC implants in each butt cheek and around 600-something fat on each side of my butt+hip. The fat he took was from my entire torso. Everything was 9.5k(without the flight, apartment, transport and nurse).

Thanks for the extra info. How much was all the other expenses? Would love to have Dr. Aslani do surgery. Need to see what kind of numbers I’m looking at. You look amazing by the way.

Flight depends where you’re coming from. Marbella hotels/apartments range from 1k(or more or a little less) for 10 days. Transport is 270 and visits from a nurse 70 each visit.

Before pictures
These pictures are from 1 day before surgery. I gained some weight so the surgeon had something to work with. I made sure my BMI was above 23. I look a mess here, lol, don’t judge me. Honestly, I get depressed looking at these pictures.
